    • Galaxy 10+ is a nice update to my old Galaxy 8+, but fingerprint reader is a step back
I needed a phone replacement right away so I picked up this unlocked Galaxy 10+ even though I didn't need the 512GB of storage. I'm still not sure what the heck I'll use all the storage for... I suppose I can store 100 movies on it or something. The notch doesn't bother me as much as I expected it would. On the main menu it is not noticeable at all as it just blends in with the status bar at the top. When watching YouTube videos the videos seem to default to having black bars on the left and right so the notch is not part of the video, though I can choose to expand the video into the notch if i want. As long as I'm not forced to watch videos with a notch in them I'm okay with it. The fingerprint reader, on the other hand, is something I expected to like. However, the old fingerprint reader on the rear of the S8+ was actually easier to press one handed, and it read my fingerprint instantly. On the S10+ I have to press and hold my finger down for a full second before the fingerprint is recognized. It works, but is a bit irritating. I'm guessing this "feature" is here to stay, but I'm not a fan. Battery life has been good, but not fantastic. ... show more

    • BUYER BEWARE!! Will NOT connect to wifi!
I bought this to replace my previous S10+ because the screen had cracked. It WILL NOT connect with any wifi at all. I spoke to representatives at Amazon and at the company to fix the problem. They announced that I was wrong, it did indeed connect with wifi. We spent hours on the phone trying to make that happen. It didn't. I wanted a replacement or refund but they wouldn't do that either because too much time had passed while I was working with them to make it work. I am disgusted with this company! ... show more

I was worried about buying a phone online. I was afraid it would have problems or something, but it has been great! My phone (S 10+) was in a sealed box and everything was there. The phone has been working beautifully! I am very happy!

    • Poor audio quality with AT&T subscribers
Got the phone yesterday, moved over my data from a Galaxy S8 Active on AT&T. All good until I used the phone for a normal voice call. Quality was very bad. Did some google research and lots of people unhappy with unlocked S10+ for the same reason. I called AT&T, described the issue and they re-provisioned my account. Thought it was fixed but realized that the garbled audio issue was only with other AT&T subscribers. After more research it turns out that AT&T refuses to download the upgraded voice software necessary for enhanced HD voice on their network. Google 'AT&T Unlocked VoLTE and HD Voice Devices' for more information. Don't understand why AT&T wants to cripple unlocked phones, but it's a deal-breaker for me.     • Great phone, but with some issues...
What did I like? Big phone with a big screen, excellent storage space, great chips and other hardware. What did I not like? Forced install of products on an unlocked phone. It comes with a hundred-and-thirty-leven Samsung and other apps that I have no need for. They installed an assistant called Bixby when the Google assistant is already installed and easily used by saying, "Hey Google!" I also do not like that the fingerprint reader does a crappy job, even when the screen is bare and unprotected. It keeps telling you to press harder, to the point where you're pretty sure you're going to push your finger through the screen soon. And as soon as you put a protective layer of Gorilla Glass, or put it into a protective case that comes with glass - like my LOVE MEI armored case - fingerprints don't work at all. Bummer, because I'd gotten spoiled with my LG Nexus 5x with the dedicated fingerprint reader on the back of the phone. That one worked easily and consistently. ... show more

The phone arrived in perfect condition and worked as expected out of the box. I have used it in the US and I'm using it now in South America (on providers that work on different bands) given that the cell phone allows for dual SIM. it's huge RAM and hard drive space allow me to take videos and also edit them on the go using Adobe Rush, while also having enough space for music and other downloads. ... show more

do not buy this item bought 2df and received 2 empty box Not quite empty #D battery inside. Never opened since gifts on xmas day...surprised understatement. Too bad bought , left disappointed and mad. Customer service wants empty box before giving me refund. However, sent just label for one. Now the fun begins. What a hassle to make associate understand the problem! Too expensive not to keep fighting for both refunds. I took a chance. Never done buying such an expensive gift(s) one for myself.
