The phone arrived in like-new condition! This was a cautionary purchase for me because I've never considered purchasing a phone through a 3rd party before, I usually just bought it straight from the carrier itself. But my concerns were relieved upon receiving this phone! The phone was visually flawless, screen was perfect, and was the exact model as advertised. The phone is lightning fast and the battery life has been incredible thus far, and that's even after adding a bunch of apps I normally use. There a lot of cool features using the S Pen and multitasking. My only major issue is with the fingerprint reader. I want to note I am using a special screen protector with this (one that includes a special fingerprint spot), so you may not run into this if you don't use a protector. But the fingerprint scanner frequently fails in this setup, so it may not be a good security solution for you if you run a similar setup. This particular phone did NOT come with a SIM card, and it's pre-programed for Verizon as advertised. If you are upgrading from 4G to 5G, you will need to contact Verizon to get an upgraded SIM card either mailed to you or you can go to a Verizon center to pick one up. If not, you will still need to contact them to switch the SIM cards from your old phone to your new one. It's a fairly quick process either way. I will say that even though I have upgraded to a 5G SIM card, my phone is still only receiving a 4G LTE signal in my area. Verizon states that this phone is NOT 5G Nationwide compatible, which means this phone will not connect to the mainstream 5G signal that currently exists, but rather depends on the higher band 5G UW that is not yet as accessible. Something to know before making this purchase. All in all, I love the phone. This blows my former phone away by several miles. Previously had an S6 Edge+

I bought a this renewed note 10 + it did say in the description there might be scuff marks. I am happy to say the screen and glass on the back are new. The mettle on the top, bottom, and sides is scuffed up. That is the only way you can tell it is a used phone. It works great battery seems good so far. S-pen works great. The only annoying thing is all the updates you have to do. Because this is a year old phone that was brought back to factory settings you have to do a years worth of updates. Other than that I am happy with the phone. I have bought many refurbished electronics in the past and have had great luck with them. I hope this phone lasts many years. * UP-DATE re-newed is a scam. So my "re-newed" phone came with a protective glass over the screen. It came with a note that said I should not remove it. Well I thought oh how nice they gave me a screen protector. Well as I was putting on the case the screen protector cracked. I thought oh well and took it off. ONLY to find out that the screen protector was covering up a CRACKED SCREEN!!!!! I was so mad. The description said the phone would be like new but would have some scuff marks. Needless to say looks like these "re-newed" phones from Amazon are scams. I will NEVER buy a re-newed product. I am so pissed and returned the phone I better get my money back!

**UPDATE: turns out instead of a locked Verizon phone I instead received an unlocked T-Mobile version, instead. Only issue so far is all inbound MMS images are extremely compressed.** Phone was indeed in "excellent" condition, as promised by seller. Was able to easily activate and begin using the phone right away. Phone even arrived earlier than promised. (I'm writing this review using it and it wasn't supposed to be here, yet. Bravo to the seller for prompt shipping and to USPS for continuing to be the BEST package handler.) Will update review of any issues arise, but at the moment, I am extremely happy with this purchase.

The first phone I got was no good. It kept dropping phone calls. The second phone worked for 2 months. Now it's not holding a charge . When the first phone was replaced, I was told that would be it, I could not replace it again. Now after spending hundreds of dollars I have crap in my hands with no options. I'm not happy.

Absolutely love this phone, before I made the biggest phone purchase I've ever made I definitely did my research and got this beautiful note 10+ holographic back, and I am extremely satisfied!!! With the fear of buying a renewed phone along with fear of it breaking while being transported had me biting my nails for sure, but then it arrived in all its glory and it was pristine!!! Previously I was using a Moto Z4 and I thought it was a great phone until I went back to samsung galaxy (last one I owned was a galaxy S5) and man oh man the Note 10+ is such a great phone. Also without a case it's pretty hard to hold sideways to watch videos and it's also hard not to touch the screen while you hold it because of how thin and curved the screen is. I have a case on mine and I love this phone so much definitely worth the $
