Amazon estimated that I would get the phone after I left for my trip. I was pleasantly surprised to get the phone a day earlier. Reliant cellular did not skimp on the packaging. It had the full-sized bubble wrap around the phone. The phone came with a Giffin quick charging pad, OEM USB-C earphones, OEM wired charging cord and charger. Everything that I needed to use my phone was there. The phone worked great on the trip, even though I only had time to transfer my sim card, my data and apps to the new phone. The media could not be loaded. 01/11/26 I’m disappointed to be writing this, as this is my first-ever negative or edited review. I purchased this phone in April 2025 after saving up for it. I originally upgraded from a Note 10+ to the Note 20 Ultra because my Note 10+ developed a green screen with lines, and before that, my Samsung S9 had the same issue. Unfortunately, I’m now experiencing a similar problem again. Since September, the front screen turns green, especially when I lower the brightness or plug the phone in to charge. In addition, when the phone is charging, the screen lags and skips letters while typing, which makes it very difficult to use. I’ve had to change phones multiple times because of this same screen issue, and I personally know others who have experienced similar problems with Samsung devices. I prefer Android over iPhone, and I’ve always loved the Samsung Note series for its features and large screen, but this has been very disappointing. A phone at this price point should last longer than a year without major display issues. When I purchased this phone, it had a 4-star rating, which has since dropped to 3.9 stars. I also noticed another review mentioning the green screen issue but overlooked it because of the phone’s features and my previous loyalty to Samsung. I reached out to the seller over a week ago to see if any assistance was possible, but I haven’t received a response yet. I’m hoping for a resolution, because while I love the size and functionality of this phone, Samsung really needs to do better. Previous review: I have always loved Samsung Note series phone. This one has the perfect screen length and I'm so excited to start using it. I purchased it because I wanted an upgrade from a Note 10+ and the picture quality is amazing! Love my Samsung Galaxy phones. When I had to FINALLY replace my S10+ I had talked with a rep in one of the local stores, and he made the point that he had a S25+ but the stylus was no longer functional like the 21. Which is why I chose the 21. Sure, it isn't the LATEST model, but I also paid HALF of what a brand new model would cost. Win-Win, and I still have functionality of my stylus. ... show more

    • Broke in less than a year
We had our first Samsung Note for about 6 years. We upgraded this past year and wanted to keep a phone with expandable memory and stylus. The Note 20 seemed like a no brainer. The phone arrived in January/February and by December I was on a hunt for a new phone. The charging port randomly went out and then we think the cellular antenna went out as well. Since the charging port no longer worked, they couldn't trouble shoot the phone to see what was actually wrong. Nice phone works great no problems with phone, had it for a month and received 3 updates. But the phone was not new, tried to sign it up on samsung and it was already registered. But it is a great working phone

It was running perfectly fine until I just got an update bout 1:00 a.m. It not restart its self every 15 to 20 seconds.
