My husband lost one of his original galaxybuds so I figured it was time for an upgrade. Of course he found it in the couch months later but that's not the point. The battery life and sound quality is significantly improved from the 1st generation, and the colour variation is really nice. I wish they still offered the light blue, but this lavender colour is lovely as well. We still find ourselves struggling with case stability, unfortunately that is still an issue. if you drop your case, expect the buds to go flying. another downside that I'm a bit frustrated they didn't include was finding the buds while they're still in the case. the find my earbuds only works if they're outside of the case unfortunately, which is not usually the issue I find myself having with these. the earpieces don't seem to be super stable and they fall/slip out of both my husband and I's ears easily, but I got foam replacements for super cheap and that seemed to fix that. all in all a significant improvement, some things to work on but overall very good and worth the spend. ... show more

So before I was using some cheap clunky ones I bought from five below figuring that I didn't want to take anything more expensive in case of loss at work (I'm an EMT so I'm constantly on the move and have a hard enough time keeping certain items with me). They both annoyed me so much with the lack of battery, uneven sound and weird placement in my ears that I decided to invest in something a bit more expensive. I chose these because I figured they'd be most compatible with my phone and I have a conch piercing so I need very specific fits as to disturb it too much. There were everything I expected and more. I love the color which I didn't think I'd be able to get with something refurbished (beggers can't be choosers). They feel so slick and like I said fit nice and comfortable in my ears. Can use and charge individually. Running constantly for 4-5 hours. Does provide noise cancelling in most instances. One caveat, if speaking to someone that wears hearing aids on a phone call, noise cancelling does not work. No ear fatigue. These are hands down my favorite pair.

Received faulty items. The earbuds arrived with no charge and after fully charging them, the left earbud seems to hold power but the charging case drains completely within 5 hours. The right earbud will not connect via Bluetooth at all, it appears the battery is completely dead. The ear tips also arrived dirty, as shown in the photos. I chose to purchase from Amazon renewed and picked refurb - excellent, which promoted by Amazon page that item has been tested and cleaned. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I will be returning this item. The charging case also show date: 202110 I guess it reasonable to believe that the batteries should be replaced for this unit. Shipping also take almost 2 weeks ... show more

These are great! No dings or damage to the case or earbuds. They connected right up, updated & sound amazing! These are so much better then my Bose, I'm really glad I made the switch! **UPDATE 3mnths later** I am returning these before its too late. They won't stay in my ears after wearing them for about 20 mins. My ears get hot & moist & they slip out constantly! Also, everytime I push one back in the touch sense turns my volume up & down, I did set this feature before knowing I would be fiddling with them every 5 minutes. I sit at a desk for 8 hours a day so its not like im trying to run a marathon in them. ... show more

I’m going to return these for two reasons: I’ve heard some little fuzzing sounds from time to time, but honestly more importantly, I’ve tried a number of earbuds and they all fall out of my ears left and right. I bought these partially because I looked up “earbuds that stay in your ears best.” I think I may have small ears and that’s the issue, so if you have small ears I’d pass on these. Literally if I’m wearing them and I’m eating I can feel them inching their way out of my ears with every chew. Besides the glitches sound quality is pretty good though. ... show more
