After using these every day for over a year I have to say I am pretty disappointed. I use these most of the day and get probably 6 hours of use a day, and today I am finally retiring them as they wont connect to anything for longer than 30 minutes before disconnecting themselves. They fit pretty good but not great, I have to take them out after about an hour as there is a pressure in my ear that gives me a headache after a while. They come with a few tips and rubber sleeves to make them fit better, but none of them are a "good" fit, just better. The sound quality is okay, not great bass, and don't get super loud. I can't complain they have done me good enough. The overall quality is pretty bad, within in the first month of me having them, the grill inside of the earbud had filled with a slight amount of ear wax and sound would come out very quiet, I spent a long time trying to clean it and ended up just removing the grill all together, a year later working just as good. The charging case is pretty horrible, it works sometimes at best. With something like Airpods, you place them in the case and you know without a doubt that they are charging. These I place into the case and about 20% of the time they actually start charging, the rest of the time I need to press them down or take it out and put it back in for it to actually start charging. And jiggling them around in my pocket often disengages this and they stop charging. Pretty frustrating when you go to take them out and only one is charged or neither of them. The charging case having wireless charging is nice, that is the only way I charge the case, but it is very slow. But at the end of the day it works fine enough. The earbuds battery life is good enough for me (when they decide they want to actually charge) and will last a full workout plus more, or going through meetings at work. Not great, not bad. Overall I give it about a 2.5/5 just comparing it to better products on the market and they just aren't what I was expecting.

This version of galaxy buds is the best. I upgraded from the first galaxy buds to the galaxy buds 2 and the buds 2 just didn't stay in my ear and were uncomfortable, so I got the buds plus. This design is much better than the buds2

Class leading battery life, Wireless-charging, three mic array, wireless charging, dual drivers tuned by AKG/Harman...what could go wrong? Audio Quality: I find this to be highly subjective but I do not like the way they sound at all. I tried all the audio presets in the app, but they just sound lifeless. There is very little bass, even though they have a separate woofer, and the highs are often harsh. I think they have all the hardware to sound good but Samsung does not provide a full EQ to tune them correctly. Call quality: Like with most TWS earbuds (except the Airpods Pro) I still have to shout for those on the other end to hear me. I'm not very critical on this aspect since Apple are the only ones to have really figured this out. Controls: The most significant problem. Single tap to pause worked nearly 100% of the time, but double tap to skip tracks worked maybe 30% of the time. Most of the time, the buds would only register the first tap. You also have to hit them dead on center to get them to register. I thought the whole external area (the shiny part) was the sensor, but I think only a small percentage of that actually registers touch. It is also possible I am being foiled by a hyper aggressive false touch system. Connection: I am using a S9+ (an older phone but still a Samsung flagship) and I often had stuttering while walking outside. Even competitors selling at half the price have sorted this issue, so what's holding Samsung back? Fit: Highly subjective. The buds+ are supposed to be shoved into your ear canal. If your canals are too small or too large, you will not get a decent seal. I have the former problem. Fortunately, I was able to find another pair of tips in my junk drawer that just happened to fit the buds+ and still fit in the case. Conclusion: I ended up returning these because of the horrific touch controls and the constant audio stuttering when outside. I'm also not a fan of the sound signature, but that part is subjective. I wish Samsung would update the app and provide a full EQ.

These ear buds are great. They work perfectly with my Samsung Galaxy Note9 (almost like they were made for them! :D ). The touch interface is seamless and intuitive. As soon as I remove them from their case/charger, they connect to my phone. Replace them in the case and they disconnect. They fit perfectly, an afternoon of constant use exercising, sitting by the pool, and doing "stuff", does not cause any discomfort. It's easy to forget one is wearing them. When I put them on Noise Canceling mode, 90% or the ambient noise is blocked. Turn that off, and the 3 mics pick up outside sound without seriously reducing the music quality. I can easily pause the music and carry on a conversation, they also allow me to hear traffic noises when riding or running (important not to have the music too loud of course). I have not tested the batter life completely. I've had 2-3 hours of continuous music and 3-4 hours of standby/light phone use, and they still had 50% charge according to the phone app. The case will fully recharge them about 1.5-2 times - estimated based on my use so far. Suffice it to say that with the buds and case fully charged one could easily expect 5-7 hours of music and similar standby/phone use. One can also just use the right ear bud for phone use, and leave the left bud in the case. A nice feature!
