Let me tell you, I was ready to get on here and give these a 1 star rating, but then I said, "I'm being too hasty, maybe I should try pushing them deeper in my ears" and surely enough, that worked. Initial impressions: Clarity: excellent for music, and when testing a call to a friend he said I "sound crystal clear; clearer than I normally sound". Comfort: I like the feel of these more than the original buds. The rest comfortably in my ears and I don't get that odd feeling that you normally get from traditional ear buds with suction cups. I tested to see if they would fly out by shaking my head back and forth violently and they didn't budge. Battery: they are already rated to have a shorter life than the original buds and buds plus, and with minimal use, they have already dropped to 82% from 100% in less than an hour, but at least the case provides additional charge, plus you can get an hours worth of playtime with a 5 minute charge. Build quality: the quality is excellent. I thought with them being shaped strangely, they would be large and uncomfortable, but I was wrong. They are smaller than the regular buds and so is the case, albeit the case is shaped differently (small square verses pill shaped). The case for these seems a bit more premium than the original case, as well. Noise Cancelation: I can say if it's good or bad, honestly. I usually have audio at full blast and can't hear anyway, and that was still the case with these just like with the regular buds. Of course if nothing is playing, I can hear well, in fact better than with the regular buds due to the lack of suction cups. Pairing: instant! What more do you need to know? I have a Note10 Plus at the time of writing this and upon opening the case, they immediately try to connect to my galaxy device, and from that point onward, they work just like the original buds, pairing immediately when placed in your ear(s). Also, remember that you can use one at a time if you want. I'm sure some other reviewers will elaborate on things that I haven't, but that was my take. If you have the money and want to try them, you'll enjoy them, but if you are hesitant about the $170 price tag, the regular buds or even a cheaper product will do just fine. Refurbished regular buds can be found for as low as $60 and work as good as new. Overall I give them a 5 out of 5! ... show more

    • Finally! A pair of headphones that fits both ears!
Update 9/3/20. I have discovered a small issue. Randomly the bass will drop out. Song remains playing but you can clearly hear thr bass stop for a few seconds and then it pops back in. It's jarring for sure and I will be reaching out to Samsung about it. This review is really more about the fit than the sound. Read on if you are one of those poor souls that has never been able to find a pair of ear buds and have both pairs stay in! I have literally been through just about every pair of ear buds you can imagine! It appears I have two different sized ears. No matter the ear bud, the left bud would fall out at some point. Air Pods - Left pod falls out. Any pair of ear buds that comes with multiple little rubber things to change the size. Yeah, doesn't matter, the left one falls out. Latest Google Pixel Buds. Now these guys fit fine, the left one did slip out, not fall out, but slipped out of place no matter how I twisted it and the combo of rubber pads. The problem with them, completely broken. You can't take them outside, they cut out. Crazy issue, I am not the only one, massive issue and Google has acknowledged it. Don't buy those. Samsung, pay your people double! These buds, pods, beans are amazing. They slipped right in, default ring fitting things. Live users will know what I am talking about. I didn't have to adjust, twist, figure out how they are supposed to fit in your ear. They just worked. Secure fit, not snug fit, big difference since they aren't inner ear. You can still hear outside noise way more than an inner ear bud. The noise cancelling is meh. You sort of notice it, but it isn't really there because the ear bud doesn't make a closed fitting. Honestly, I didn't buy these for that, so I don't care if it is an option. If that is what you care about, don't buy these. I worked out in these and they never came out, the left one never popped out, and I can't believe it. Sound quality is good, it isn't winning any awards. It definitely has great bass and lower tones that most ear buds can't hit. Connecting them was 1 2 3 with the app, pretty dumby proof. The sound settings are fine if you don't have a music player with a good equalizer. I use PowerAmp on my phone and the Bass and Treble pre-set on PowerAmp sounds much better than the bass boost through the Samsung app. I leave those settings off and have my music app override the equalizer. That is just me. Overall, I would give these a 10 for fit (totally biased), 8 for sound, 10 for battery life, 10 for ease of use, 10 on call quality, seriously, the calls sound amazing, meaning you as the caller. The mics are amazing on these things! Finally, 4 for Noise Cancelling, just not the best feature on these. Great set if you have an Android. ... show more
