Here is my honest assessment of these Samsung ear buds. I've purchased numerous ear buds within th last 18 months or so for various reasons. Some, I've liked more than others. I'm a truck driver, so, I spend most of my time listening to podcasts or music. Some videos. Here are main points that are important to me when using any ear buds. 1. Comfort - they have to fit snug and stay in your ear. Too many ear buds fall out too easily whether you are talking, chewing gum, or eating, or just moving your head around. These ear buds, are a 5/5 in terms of comfort. They are by far the most comfortable pair I've ever owned. Sometimes I forget I have them in my ear bc you forget that they are in your ear. Doesn't matter if you are talking on the phone, eating, or chewing gum, they stay put. Far superior than any product I've used. 2. Sound quality - I'm not looking for extensive bass or anything like that, a nice deep smooth bass and clear sound is all I ask for. Here, I give them a 4/5. Quality is there, but, I've owned a random pair of ear buds from Amazon for < 40 US, and that had the best sound quality, deep clean bass of anything I've heard. These aren't 100% noise canceling, but, get you pretty close if that's your thing. 3. Battery life - 4.5/5. During an 8 drive shift, if I stop driving for a quick bathroom break after 4 hrs or so, a quick 10 min charge and they will last the rest of my shift. So, around 6+ hours on a single usage once fully charged, case and ear buds charge quickly as well which I like. I'm not too bothered about anything else when it comes to ear buds, but, I would say, I bought these for myself for a Christmas present, as Amazon was discounting them around $50 US, with the remaining balance I had enough points on a CC to pay for them. No actual money out of my pocket, I would never have paid full price for them, $150 (est), so, for basically a free pair of Samsung ear pods, they're perfect for what I need them to be. Overall: 4/5 Side note, not sure why all these ear buds recently are so small and difficult to get out their case. For example, they are extremely smooth and rounded, and if your fingers have any oils, or precipitation on them, it's quite literally impossible to remove the ear buds from their case. Your hands have to be drier than the Sahara to get a grip and pull them out.. ... show more

My boss recommended these to me and he was right. I have had my pair for about 6 months and I love them. I use them to answer calls at work. I use them one at a time because I answer phones all day. This way I can hear what's going on around me at the same time. I usually get about 5-6 hours of constant use, take lunch and then swap to the other one. This way I always have one fully charged throughout the day. Makes my work life so much more pleasant. They are easy to pair up and charging is simple. I leave them at work and charge the case as needed. They are so comfortable that I forget I'm wearing them. I love them so much, I bought another pair for one of my employees. She wanted to use Earbuds but said she always has trouble with fit and every brand and style she has ever used fall out of her ears. I had her put mine in for a try and her face lit up at the comfort and they didn't fall out. I promptly ordered her a pair. She took them home and a few days later told me she had charged them, paired them up and was super happy with them. So 2 satisfied customers in one review.     • These buds just work for me.
I need to hear in the auto body shop in which I work. These don't clog the ear canals like other ear buds do. I was checking out several brands and styles 2 years ago, and settled on these after interviewing several styles. While they may fall out if I am laying on my side, or chewing my lunch, they stay put all day and I can hear the world around me. I mostly listen to podcasts though, so I cannot comment on the fidelity of music. I don't know if music sounds good. The first time I bought them, they were $70 new. Now, when I click on the same link in "my orders", they are $210! I have bought a couple "renewed" sets for $70, then $90. The renewed ones were hovering around $100 for a couple months, then dropped to $60 in my wishlist, and bought them the minute I noticed (most recent set this month). Why have I bought so many sets? First one, I hadn't figured out the pause/unpause function (kept skipping to next track because I was pressing too fast), and fastballed one against a wall. Second, I replaced that set. Third, I wanted a separate set for the PC. Fourth, one bud started playing quiet or not at all (paired the good left from one with the good right of another set). Then bought this most recent one as a backup in case of another failure. That's how much I feel that these are the perfect earbuds for my needs. Opened the box and the case was somewhat scratched up and dull. I know it was described as “renewed” but it also said “condition - excellent”. I opened the case to pull out the ear buds and immediately saw the left bud to have a hole where a screen should be and what appears to be ear wax still in it (see photo). I was pretty grossed out and immediately put them back in the case and in the box and will be returning for a refund. No more “renewed” items for me. ... show more
