Had this new one for a few days. Like it a lot, but for one complaint. Screen is great, keyboard w/10 key numeric works well. It's lighter than the 4 year old Acer Aspire that I replaced with the same screen size. Everything great, except: A laptop should be comfortable on your lap! With the screen open and sitting on my lap, the sharp outer edge close to my knees is uncomfortable. It actually leaves marks on my skin when I take it off. Hopefully, I'll learn to live with it, but gee whiz Samsung! Do you actually test the comfort level the way a laptop is used? Update, a month later (9/5/2024). I'm still overall happy with the laptop. Still a bit irritated with the comfort level, but I would still recommend it. I shift it around a bit on my lap with longer sessions. ... show more
