Ordered this phone as a replacement for my old galaxy. I honestly wasn't expecting much with the wide range of reviews, but figured that it would be worth a shot for the price given. Very much worth it. Phone arrived quickly, and securely packaged. I was a bit suprised opening it up, since the phone was literally new-in-box. Factory sealed with all the acessories. No evidence of it being used and resealed at all; no scratches, no port wear, no body damage, no speaker blowout... This is most definitely a one-off sort of thing, and based off the other reviews you should not expect your phone to be new in box if you order as well. The following was included for me: - clear thin phone case - basic plastic screen protector - small screen cleaning cloth - samsung headphones - usb charge block & approriate cord - warranty booklet/paperwork, Phone manual & setup guide The phone itself works wonderfully, with no issues. Its hefty enough processor-wise to do just about anything you'll need, provided that you arent trying to work with heavy duty tablet apps or similar things. The cameras are lovely, and a notable upgrade from the quality of my old phone. I havent played around with them much yet, but they seem pretty decent for the price paid. The fingerprint reader is built right into the screen, but only stores 3 prints at a time. The face recognition is handy, and will recognise you with or without glasses 🤓 The face recognition will also work in low-light (but not dark) conditions. Battery life is phenominal. I'm a heavy user, and have my phone playing music via. youtube or spotify for my entire 8-12 hour work shift with additional apps open in the bg for ease of notifications & quick switching. Even with my heavy use, I have upwards of 40-50% of my battery left by 6pm. With standard use, you get closer to 30 hours of battery life. Even longer if you minimally use your phone & put it in power saving. Just a note; my phone was made in and initially region-set to mexico, but you can change that during setup. just make sure you have all your defaults set correctly, since it may not be what you need. Since the phone was unlocked, I had no issues on my end with setting it up and getting it connected. It did take a while for my service to get transfered over, but that was on my providers end and had nothing to do with the phone itself.

First of all, the main thing that drew me to this phone was it's 64GB memory compared to my Samsung Galaxy S7 32GB which started acting weird after I started getting messages that my internal memory was low. Even though I added two separate128 sim cards, I still was getting the same error message and my phone started freezing up, taking a while to load and acted weird. So, back to what caught my attention about this phone, it's 64GB memory. I read the other specs and fearures, but because I mostly use my phone to call, text or send messages and use the browsers and other basic fearures, I didn't pay much attention to the other features. But, trust me, when I got it and started exploring with it, I actually like the features and other features I discovered, including the 2 sim slot which allows me to simultaneouly have 2 sims cards in. The other important thing for me was I needed a phone that would work with Verizon and one of the reviews mentioned that all I'll need to do is transfer my old sim card to the new verizon phone sim, and it worked. NOTE: I had an old Verizon sim card that I transferred to this new Verizon compatible phone, but I don't think if you have a sim card from another carrier that this will work or apply to you, so you may need a new sim card....that helped big time with the initial set up. Because I like smaller phones that can fit in my purse and tight spaces, I was a bit skeptic of upgrading from a 5.5" phone to this phone that's 6.4", but when I got it, I fell in love with the bigger screen which is better for watching movies or viewing certain things in landscape mode versus the usual portrait view. I love that my Samsung Galaxy was sturdy, but this phone is by far lighter. I hope that doesn't mean that it will be easier to break as a result. Oh, I also love that there is no flasing notification light that's usually in the top left hand corner, because on my other phones, I found it very annoying and distracting. So, even if there's a way to add or activate it on this phone, i won't because I like it without that feature. My 2 CONS: 1) Thus far, the charging cable came in the box, but it was too short compared to the other standard charging cables I'm used to. Probably I was just spoiled, so I bought a long charing cable and my problem hopefully will be solved soon when I receive it and it's actually compatible/works. 2) I didn't read anywhere where it said it could be charged wirelessly, so I'll miss that feature on my Samsung Galaxy S7. It's a relatively newphone, so there's still tons to explore, but I like everything about it including that I got a clear case, earphone in the package and that it has the feature that you could take a picture of items/barcodes to use when shopping online.

I bought mine used, it came with the phone and a charger pretty easy to set up only issue is it trips over its self when I'm in a hurry, fingerprint works ok sound and camera is pretty ok I think the camera is to sharp. The screen quality is amazing, i havent messed with it to much for features. It also came fast, 4 days earlier than expected. Update !!!!!! Do NOT buy this phone refurbished !!!!! It was hard to get this phone to work properly after a few weeks it would stream all the time it never had service it gave me so many problems I was always so frustrated with it. THEN three months after I bought it, it updated without my permission and that was it... first my calls and text stopped working, I spent two days doing everything I could trying to fix it talking to all kinds of different representatives who do u talk to google? The android people? Verizon? I spoke to them all no one knew what was happening but they all wanted me to jump through a million hoops. Then after day 2 all of my functions froze it wasn't working it cleaned all of my monthly data (while i was on wifi) phone said it didn't have a virus. So I brought it to Verizon they reset it and I lost everything because it froze before I could reset it. When they reset it, it still didn't work not even a new sim card would work. In the end my review is do not buy ! I had to reset all of my passwords 66 of them were compromised and I lost all of my info in my phone contacts, photos, videos, files, notes and so much more.
