Bought this as a replacement phone for my mom's birthday. We went to the T-Mobile store and got all of the contacts and data transferred over. By the time we got back to my house, 10 mins away, the screen had a vertical line of dead pixels and a ghosting pixel box on the screen. When the flagships reached $1000, I stopped buying them and started looking for options. The A20S is a great deal, and about like a Note 4 or 5 without the pen. Does all the business and travel apps I need. Very subtle key lag due to 3 gigs of ram, but it is very very slight and there is no freezing. A very BEAUTIFUL Phone!! but upon opening the package, the first thing I saw attached to the sd card (which by the way was one of the determing factors for me making this purchase) was a note, which 1st issued a warning regarding which carrier type the phone would work with, that was fine, because I did extensive research on the phones compatible with my carrier, this phone remained at the top of the list throughout my searching. second warning in BOLD print stated "IF YOU WANT TO RETURN THE PHONE, PLEASE RETURN IT WITHOUT OPEN THE BOX, THANKS!" then beneath that also in BOLD PRINT "GO TO AMAZON<RETURN>Bought by Mistake" now that caused me a lot of apprehension because as I stated I did a lot of research, this was not a mistake purchase for me. I kind of debated whether or not to keep the phone just based on that. But I opened it anyway, and proceeded to prepare my phone for use, along with a rep from my carrier on the phone we went through intial preparations, then I inserted the sim card, almost right away, the phone synced with my carrier, even synced my Google settings, then my rep instructed me to make a test call, and send a text message while she waited, however, the phone would not allow me to go to an alternate screen, my carrier then instructed me to make attempts at these things after she hung up, and that she would call me back in an hour or so, unfortunately, no matter how many times I attempted it, the phone would not respond to swiping to another screen while on a call, I thought perhaps it was my finger, even considered looking for a stylus that might work. I also noticed that on the home screen the weather gave the temperature in celcius, I went to settings, thinking that was the problem, but after several attempts the home screen would only show celcius, but in settings it shows farenheit, the keyboard also worked poorly, would type in a specific numeral, letter, or symbol, but something else would appear, regardless of how many attempts I made, so I decided that I had the misfortune of receiving a lemon device, determined that I would replace it with another, the seller approved the return, even sent an email to print a return label, I sincerely appreciated that. However when I received my refund. I did not receive my purchase price, I don't understand why that was, there is no mention of restocking fees, or any other penalties, had there been, I would not have purchased the device. nor would I have returned it, if it had worked. I expect my full refund and intend to follow up with Amazon to resolve this issue ... show more

Didnt meet my expectations. I thought it was going to be pretty bad ass with its 3 cameras. It take somewhat good pics, when you have good lighting. I feel like i bought a used phone, because when i turned it on it was in spanish and it seemed as if it had some settings set up already and the apps were downloading super slow and i know it wasnt my service. I restored thd phone and it began to work good. Its a beautiful looking phone but pretty boring. AND IT DIDNT COME WITH THD SD MEMORY CARD IT WAS SUPPOED TO COME WITH!! Even though i dont need it, it kinda bothers me cause i didnt get what everything i paid for.. ... show more
