Bought this device and set it up, it must have been sitting for a LONG time because it wasn't even updated to One UI 7, and when i turned it on it showed Boost Mobile and then began to download a bunch of random apps and Boost Mobile apps, i transferred over my US Mobile eSIM that runs on Verizon and it did install but then said SIM not compatible and began downloading some random Boost Mobile Esim that said Unknown Number! the phone was not 100% factory reset, so after waiting and deleting a TON of junk apps and letting the phone download and update 4-5 times, it is 100% working on the Verizon network, i am giving one star due to the fact someone's random Boost number downloaded as an Esim and all the Boost Mobile junk downloaded. Time will Tell how it holds up! ... show more

I feel I should write this to explain. I use T-Mobile carrier so my experience is with them only. But I have seen the reviews stating the phone is still locked. After several issues with the Razr and the screen issues that kept happening after 2 different replacements we decided to downgrade to this phone. It was the best decision we made. At first glance the phone appears to be unlocked and even shows it but when connecting it isn't. It's almost like the lock status is still in developer mode or something. The T-Mobile tech had us put the phone in airplane mode and restart the phone a couple of times and that seem to fix the issue. I understand some people don't want to have to deal with that but it only took us 5-10 minutes tops. To me with the price it was worth it. So far the phone is working well. The product came well packed and was in perfect condition. I have no complaints that the seller was responsible for. I wasn't happy with the phone's speed, coming from a Pixel 6a. I'm a bit of a power user and need a snappy phone. This would be fine for someone who uses their phone slower. When I close an app I need it closed now. When I go to settings I need it opened now, not in 1.5 seconds. The camera seemed fine. The Macro lens was cool. Fingerprint reader was okay, not 100% reliable and neither was the facial recognition. Even when facial recognition works perfectly, it'll take you 3-5 seconds to unlock your phone which is way too slow for me. Fingerprint reader unlock takes 1-5 seconds I'd say. ... show more
