This frame was even more elegant when in hand than it appeared in the descriptive picture. I purchased it to frame a photo of my cherished grandchildren. The twin pack gave me an extra for framing a copy of that photo to give to their great-grandparents. When I opened the outer cardboard box, I found my frames were encased in styrofoam. the styrofoam case-like package had a removable foam top that covered a frame in a bubble bag. Below that was a foam divider that when removed revealed the second frame also in a bubble bag. That showed me great care had been taken to get my glass frame to me in perfect condition. The photo slips easily into a pocket in the cover on the back. The frame can display either vertically or horizontally. The frame very elegantly showcases my photo and the spare will make a very nice gift to my parents. I really love this frame and will be happy to buy another the next time I have a special photo I want to display.

I am super picky when it comes to displaying my pictures. This frame is just wonderful! Not only was the shipping fast, it was well packed (encased in styrofoam, and plastic). The frame is simple, yet elegant and allows for the entire picture to be displayed. Highly Recommend!!!

I love the frames, but although they were very well packaged, I was very surprised to find one corner chipped…maybe it was a returned item? Fortunately I had ordered two packages and only needed three as gifts, so I kept the damaged one for myself. I didn’t have time to exchange them as Christmas was looming🙂 I would get these again. I describe them as modern and elegant.

I've bought at least 8 of these frames.. loved them.. but the last 4 have come with a different support tab in back.. they've gone from sturdy plastic to cardboard.. won't be buying any more.

I’m quite impressed with these frames. The packaging was incredible. And they are really classy. Two things I’m not thrilled about, but I’d still buy them again. The corners are very sharp. I know they are glass but I feel like maybe a slightly rounded tip would me better. Putting the photos in was not easy. There is no wiggle room if you are using a true 5x7 photo. Just be careful so the photo doesn’t tear. Once you have the photos in…they really are quite nice.
