This is a beautiful necklace but the chain it comes on is sooo tight. Per the description, it's 16 inches with a 2 inch extender. It's not a good fit for thicker women with chubbier necks like me. I wore it tonight and was fidgeting with it all night because it was irritating me and starting to feel like a choker. Eventually I just took it off. I like the heart birthstone, so I am going to get a longer chain to wear with it...I'm thinking 24 inches, at least. This heart birthstone would be perfect if we had the option to get longer chains with it. ... show more
