After reading reviews I was concerned that the phone would not be compatible with metro pcs in the u.s. However I think where alot of people are having an issue, is seeing it not work as soon as you put the SIM card in.... you must call your phone carrier and have the IMEI (specific to the device) synced with the SIM card with you phone number or it will not work. Great phone! I've always loved Samasung. But BEWARE that this one is not compatible on Verizons network. It's not able to have a phone number added to it because it is a 4G phone. I was unaware of this beforehand.

Nothing wrong with the product itself. Returning it because it said it was unlocked for all mobile carriers. I took it to T-Mobile and it was not able to be activated for phone service.
