I have not had a problem with the case breaking or feeling flimsy. It fits snug and feels great. The one and only issue I have is the "rubbery" material begins to come off after a few months, front and back. It looks terrible especially after I tried to take some off myself to make the whole case uniform. This did not work because it was still stuck hard in some places and loose in others. I feel this is the best case I've found and because of the price, I'm buying another.     • Keep the slim design, but sacrifice protection.
Simple to install and feels great in my hand. Used to have the a bulkier case for more protection, but I am not the type of person to drop their phone. So I decided to slim down a bit with this case and it feels like a brand new phone all over again. The texture keeps the phone from slipping out your hand while making it comfortable to hold for long periods of time. Just understand, that the lip of this case is very slightly raised and the spine is not covered, so small tiny drops on the corner may be fine, but dropping on concrete while walking outside I can imagine still doing damage while the phone is folded. If your phone is unfolded you pretty much have 0 protection for the big screen. To give you an idea about the lip size, with this case on, if I were to put this phone face down over a penny, the penny will most likely touch the screen, so if you were to drop this on any small object that object could scratch the screen if it has any kind of actually thickness. So this case is more for oops I dropped it on the carpet or maybe the kitchen floor if I am sitting and eating, but dropping this outdoors will be very risky. More for an office enviroment and not for outdoor jogging and such. That being said, it you just want to protect from minor bumps, this is perfect. If you need more or you tend to drop your phone often enough, look elsewhere. For a $1800 phone, don't skimp out if you are drop prone. Overall, great case for those you still want to maintain the sleek size of this phone and have "minor" drops once in a blue moon. ... show more

This case will break in less than 4 months. I keep my phone very safe and never dropped it and the thin plastic on the front protector broke in the corner out of nowhere.

    • Protected my phone, but only lasted 6 months
I drop my phone a lot and this case successfully protected it from any real damage. The case absorbed the hits and flaked off instead. After six months, too many corners and edges are missing chunks of rubber so I have decided to ditch it. I have never had to get a second case for a phone before, and so I am dropping two stars. One for not lasting, and the second for also being so expensive. I personally don't like the weird texture of the back half, but that's not part of my rating. ... show more

    • Arrived with broken top piece & no damage to the box. Keep searching, this isn't the one.
The case arrived broken in the corner part of the top piece. After looking at some of the reviews, and seeing that other people are having the case break in the top corner part within days of purchasing, its obvious to me that this is a design flaw/defective case. After going through at least 6-7 cases of different brands and styles of cases, I am *STILL* looking for *the one* that actually works, doesn't break, and holds steady onto the sides of the phone. If you're *still* looking like I am: this isn't the one. I love Samsung and I seriously love the Fold Z 3, but this case is a let down.     • Great case that doesn't really need tape to stay
This case does not add too much bulk to the phone (barely thicker than the camera bump, such that the camera doesn't touch a table when the phone is placed.) It also makes it easier to unfold the phone, which is convenient. Additionally, the case adds grippiness so you aren't as likely to drop the phone. The main drawback of the case is that the grippiness of the rubbery silicon picks up dust and lint very easily. You'll be brushing off your case often after you put it in your pocket. ... show more

This is the 3rd case I looked for my fold 3. I gotten a green set and right out of the box, I just felt like this is it, it should be the 1st case and I wouldn't have to keep finding the right case. it doesn't give you the feel that this is a cheap crap, the cutouts were on spot, the cutout for the volume rocker and power button for fingerprint reading is perfect, there is an ergonomic design for the top case, a small portion bevel for you to unfold the phone easily, texture feels slight rubbery since it's silicon, means you've a good grip of the phone. It came with adhesive and I didn't use it, it gripped the phone nicely. con: maybe to some may feel that the camera cutout area should be thicker? as it is kind of flush flat which give not much protection to the cameras if get hit on the spot. ... show more
