It's a galaxy z fold 2, everything is as it should be and I've really enjoyed using it. I'm planning to trade it in so I can't speak for long time use. This could be normal for a folding phone, but folded open it bends slightly inward, not a huge issue since I've gotten used to it but it threw me off at first. ... show more

Cell phone merchants are some the most slim shadiest in the game. I purchased a like new Samsung Z Fold 2 device from this merchant and they claim that the phone was "fully inspected" and you would think that the first thing you would inspect is that the device would powers on....not. I got my delivery, and proceeded to take the device out of the box and I press the power on but and wait for, it wait for it .....nothing. The "100% fully inspected" device (yeah right) was never inspected because the device could never powered on. I thought maybe the battery needed charging so I plugged it up to my fast charging brick but it wasn't even taking the charge. So how does a "100% fully inspected" defective phone device get shipped out? Easy. When you're a slim shady merchant looking to turn a fast buck, wasting the customer's time by ordering, charging your card, realizing the device is defective having to now package it back it and go to UPS to return the defective product and waiting on your refund, that's how. Normally I leave very positive reviews about my purchase experiences but this a was no brainer. You can't claim a device is 100% fully inspected that doesn't even power on. That's false advertising. That was my first and last purchase from that merchant. ... show more
