It took over a month with many many calls to amazon customer service (many promises that were not kept). Seller never responded! Finally, after threat of legal response, amazon issued a full refund. This is the first time I've ever ordered a phone. Let alone a refurbished phone through Amazon. Or online any other place except for the cell phone company? And I have not had any issues and I'm thoroughly impressed. And I will be ordering phones this way from now on.
