Same model as the original. Poorly packed for shipping.
The item arrived in an Amazon bag with no padding. At least a small amount of padding should be used. Amazon needs to understand that they are not just shipping rocks. The control had a small dent on a corner but works Ok.

Replacement
We bought a used 32" Samsung smart tv with no remote or owners manual. This was a great replace remote. We are very happy with the controls. No instructions but found some on the TV in the menu.
