Came in good condition!
I previously bought the same phone before and the packaging was messy, however this seller was well organized and it came on time. The phone came with everything it needed, and the phone itself works perfectly fine.

Worked fine for 2.5 months
Worked fine until the speaker started acting weird. Took it in for repair and everything was back to normal for a month. Now we are at day 110 or so, and the phone will no longer connect to the Tmobile network. It only works on WiFi. Yay, just past 90 days for returns and dealing with a completely unreliable phone. My spouse is absolutely thrilled that I suggested a refurbished phone... /sarcasm in case it wasn't obvious enough. Thanks for causing the bad kind of friction in our marriage! Bottom line, steer clear and get a new one rather than one of these completely unreliable phones. ... show more

My experience
It came with a small crack, which was fine for the money. But it wouldn't read sim cards, as the crack in the screen was above the sim tray. I assumed it was broke in transit. Beyond that phone works fine I just couldn't use it for what I bought it for.

Very satisfied
Bought this for my mom who needed an upgrade but didn't want to pay for anything. She primarily uses her phone for actual phone, watching YouTube and playing games. She's had her phone for 2 months now and it's been great! *KNOCK ON WOOD *
