NEVER get five cats! But, if you do this stuff will eliminate the stink in the litter box. We still have to scoop them daily, but the house smells like humans live there, which is nice. I like this brand because it eliminates order without adding additional smells. The don't want my litter boxes to smell like pee but I'd also don't want them to smell like lilacs or a pine forest. Most brands smell like something peed in a pine forest.

Ok, it’s only been like 20 minutes and I’m already really happy with this stuff. Our cat used to get tons of clumps of kitty litter on her feet that would then end up in our bed, the carpet, all over the house. Yuck. So we switched to general pet bedding pellets. If you are not familiar, they are these pellets made of wood/wood shavings, they are bigger so they don’t get stuck to her feet but they absorb well and still gives kitty the satisfaction of burying her poo without the mess. But I HATE the smell of it. It’s just this hamster cage wood shaving smell with twinges of urine that I swear I can smell throughout the whole house. I just sprinkled a little bit of this Arm & Hammer stuff in there and I’m already so satisfied with the odor. Yes it has fragrance (kind of like laundry detergent or dryer sheets with a fresh scent), but I also feel like it neutralizes the woody hamster-y smell of the pellets so I don’t walk in my door and feel like my house smells like guinea pigs. Yay. And was so cheap! And I put a super light layer in there so I think this box will last a long time. Love it.

I have 3 cats & multiple litter boxes throughout my house. This stuff is a game changer! My newly adopted cat is sensitive (or maybe I should say he's a finicky brat) when it comes to strong smells in his litter box. I recently had to switch to unscented litter for him. Having 3 cats, it's hard to find an unscented litter that helps control odor. This somehow helps a lot but isn't so strong that it bothers my cat either. I scoop the boxes daily & mix a small amount of this in when I do. It helps dramatically!

The shipping was a little rough, one of the boxes I order was crushed and damaged. However for the product itself, I think it'll work great for its intended use, it adds a nice touch on top of clean litter boxes. In regards to the reviews for cats who's pee or poop is extremely foul smelling I think this should help but if your pet's poop or pee is foul smelling please check the food your giving your pets or bring your pets to the vet. I was giving my cat Special Kitty brand from Walmart and it wrecked his tummy causing his poop to become disgustingly foul. After switching foods it smelled 1000 times better and I also noticed the poop consistency also looked way healthier as well.. Their like little humans. If your eating healthy your poop should be the right colors and smelly but not like an insanely foul smell. As for the scent of the product, I think only a sprinkle would do. Anything more made it strong enough to hurt my noise.

I love the product! It keeps the litter box fresh all the time. That said, I am diligent about cleaning it every single day. Right after I scoop, I sprinkle some of this on top of the litter and rake it around with the scooper. I have one small cat so if you have more or large cats, then use common sense and scoop it out more frequently and use more of this product. I feel like this doesn't mask the odors but actually eliminates it. I have been using this since she was a kitten and she's never had an "accident". It has a nice fresh scent . No one knows where the litter box is unless I tell them. My only complaint is that the product is not wrapped in plastic and then it's put in a larger box for shipment. It has leaked every single time I have ordered it. It's not a lot, about 1/8 cup, but is is wasted and it makes a mess when the larger box is opened. It's a simple fix that the distibutor really needs to take not of because it's annoying.

Can someone say Miracle product??? This is product is amazing. We clean the litter every couple days cause we have 2 cats and they tend to use the litter box very often. This masks the stench. Ill stand near their litter box and cant even smell poop or urine . Ive seen some people complain about the smell of this product but I dont think this is too strong. It smells clean. I sprinkle it on the litter, then ill pour some litter on top of it to mix it in some. This product gets a 10/10!!

I love love love this stuff. It really does deodorize, and it does it well. At one point I had a cat with renal failure (they pee a lot), two kittens, and two other adult cats (5 cats in total) and people would be shocked when I told them how many I had because my house always smelled so nice. Before I purchased my litter robots I would put this on the litter after cleaning it and it would help eliminate smells. It did make one of my cats sneezy so I would mix it into the litter rather than having it sit on top. This would reduce the effect somewhat, but still work. Now I have my litter robots and only need to take the litter out once a week, I will sprinkle this deodorizer into the catch bin rather than on the litter itself if I start to smell anything and it eliminates the smell. It does have a smell, kind of like very strong laundry detergent. I am using this product with World's Best cat litter and it works great. I have never used clay litter but I'm sure it would have similar results on any litter.

Seriously, if you have a cat that uses a litter box and do not use this deoderizer, you are SERIOUSLY missing out. This makes such a MASSIVE difference in smell, I do not have enough good things to say about it! Hides the yucky smell and replaces it with a nice, clean scent. My kitty doesn't mind it and uses the litter box all the same. This deoderizer is a MUST HAVE for all cat moms and dads!
