After reading several reviews both on Amazon and elsewhere, I deceided to purchase this TV. I was a little worried about having a TV of this size mailed / delivered to my house. My fears were unjustified. I scheduled the delivery through Amazon and everything went as planned. The delivery showed up at the exact time they said it would. Two Amazon employees had it off the truck and in my living room within a matter of minutes. The box was in perfect shape and showed that it had been handled with care. There were no holes, tears, dents, or rattles inside. It took about an hour to mount the TV on my living room wall. The setup was quick and easy. Samsung really made it simple with onscreen prompts. The picture is beautiful just using the factory settings. I downsized to this 65" screen from a Viseo 70" TV. Can hardly tell the difference in size. I chose not to upgrade to the 75" Samsung model because I could not justify spending an additional $900.00 for 10 more inches. The TV processor is fast. The apps come up quickly and scrolling through is smooth and seamless. The remote is great. Seems minimal at first but it has everything that is needed without lots of distracting buttons. I have no complaints with this TV. I paired this with a small soundbar from Samsung (T-400), again had everything connected in minutes. The built in TV speakers sounded great and would have been perfect for a smaller room. I highly reccomend this TV for anyone looking for a QLED display. Be sure to stick with the Q-80 series of this model, you get a lot of features for only a little more than the Q-60 or Q-70 series. UPDATE 11/4/21 I have had this TV for 6 months with no issues. The only thing I can complain about is that the remote has a built in battery that can't be replaced. It is designed to be charged by the photo cell on the back so you must get use to storing the remote with the photo cell up. It also has and input connector to charge via USB cable. I purchased the cable and the remote charges quickly. Would have been nice if the cable came with the remote! Definitly buy the cable, it should only cost a few dollars on Amazon. My TV came with a protective film on the screen. It was obvious that it need to be removed before using. Not sure why there are so many issues with this. I am very happy with this TV. This tv is clean! The ambient mode and full array of LED backlight makes it really bright! There is no dimming from the side angles. This tv actually has good sounding speakers! There was bass and even intelligent audio as in the audio came from the specific area of the screen that the picture was from, for instance if the video is displayed in the corner of a tv guide then it will come from that corner. The apps are incredible. Samsung TV Plus has a lot of free programming available, and I found some other great apps. I was able to get a Steam app (for computer video games) and it easily connected to my computer on the same network and I was able to play pc games on my tv with ease! Added Spotify, Amazon Prime and Netflix (both of which have their own buttons on the remote). It even has multi-viewing mode, where I can split the screen and have two different things on the screen at once, for example television on one side of the screen and gaming or second app, or mobile mirroring on the other side of the screen. Some apps are not compatible with this feature I have noticed. Speaking of remote, the remote included fits consolidates a lot into its slim design, and it even said it paired with my Playstation 3 automatically, which I have yet to try out. Its the first remote I've had with voice included in it and now they have included the option for Alexa and Google Assistant, other than the default Bixby, I am able to control and search items with my voice. I chose the Google Assistant as I use most of the Google Suite, like Calendar and Gmail and Keep. I asked it what my schedule looked like for tomorrow and it gave me a run down of all my Calendar entries. I'll have to see what it does with Gmail. It does look up specific movies and media from various sources and presents them for purchase or other viewing. I have only had this tv for about 5 days but I love the look, the sound, the interactivity, the picture, the network capability is amazing.
