The picture is crystal clear, the sound quality is impressive. It was relatively easy to it up, and this 77 year old Grammy hooked up the cables to the TV and within 15 minutes breezed through the setup directions and mastered the remote. We certainly got incredible value for our money.

Garbage TV, Garbage Support from Amazon and Samsung. A month after the return window closed for Amazon, the screen now dims on its own eve when being used. When I first used the TV as a computer monitor, I could see the splash screen, the post start up, access the BIOS and see it on my TV. Now, I have to hook up a separate monitor. Randomly, the screen just turns black for 3-5 seconds. I can usually get it to do it the first time I launch Spotify. It isn't a settings isse. I have factory reset it. I called Samsung and they sent a Samsung repair technician. They took a video of what was happening and called Samsung support than they said that there is nothing wrong with the TV. That it must be the source. I have the same issue bypassing the receiver and going directly from the computer to the TV. I have had the same issue using different HDMI ports on the receiver. I have swapped out a 4K, 8K, and 16K HDMI cable. I get the same issue with a laptop, with a different receiver, and even using a Bluray player. Samsung says that there is nothing to fix. They will not offer a replacement. Amazon customer service says that it is outside of the return window and I should call Samsung. I am stuck with this beautiful screen that randomly blanks out while scrolling on websites, watching videos, playing video games, or watching a movie on a bluray player. Buyer beware! No help from Amazon! No help from Samsung! ... show more

Hooked up to a PC with a RTX 4090 video card. Setup was extremely easy. The TV found my network instantly and started updating right away. After answering a few quick setup questions, it auto-detected my input source and I was on my PC desktop in no time :-) My Opinion: Brightness: 10/10 Color Quality: 10/10 (insanely good) Black Levels: 10/10 (insanely good) Overall Picture Quality: 10/10 I can’t comment on the sound quality since I use headphones and external speakers, but the TV detected that automatically and switched audio sources on its own (which made me smile). The only negative is "Navigating" with the remote. Going from PC Audio to TV External speakers is amazingly painful. Also changing Video input's is as equally as painful. Using this TV as a PC Monitor and for Gaming and watching 4K Movies, genuinely makes me smile. My Settings (from AI): Settings → Picture → Expert Settings Brightness: 50 Contrast: 45–47 Sharpness: 0 (critical for PC text clarity) Color: 25 Tint: 0 Tip: To stop Smart Hub from launching automatically, press Home → Settings → General → Smart Features, then disable Autorun Smart Hub. This makes the TV start on the last used input (like HDMI) instead. After that, it boots instantly and is ready to go. Given the overall image quality, this TV is an incredible value for the money.     • LOVE the Picture. HATE UI.

I absolutely LOVE the image quality and speed for all of my PC use. 120hz keeps up with ALL of my media and games with vibrant colors, deep dark blacks, and no ghosting. HOWEVER, the reason i'm giving it 4 stars (and almost wanted to go down to 3), is because those who both designed AND the others who latwr approved, the OS and UI, should have been fired for even proposong such infuriating garbage, and clearly not focus testing it on anyone with half a brain. First and most importantly, WHY!!?? do we need to switch to a full screen menu with all of your marketing and streaming content, then provide multipe joystick button presses, just to change inputs!!?? All Samsung TV's up until the late 2000-teens, have had 1 button, and 1 little popup menu; the way it should be. But not this or my NEO-QLED. I also don't understand how they can claim this is an 8-Core CPU, when simple Menu navigation takes full and half seconds to display AND also change between selections. It responds at the same speed that my 2008 LCD moved with. It's also insane to think with all of the advanced menu and content options, that STILL do not have one of the most simplest features that I would think everyone would want: an option to set custom Viewing Scenario profiles. Which can be quickly changed with 2 or 3 button presses, or better yet, 3 actual buttons on the remote, for example: During the day, I want my brightness and contrast really high, but when i'm going to sleep, I want them really low. The only way for me to acheive this is to manually navigate through the layers of menus, and change these settings 1 at a time every night, and then change them all back the next day. OR, i must enable the automatic light detection, which changes these settings all the time, nonstop, something I can't imagine anyone wanting. Another annoying fact is that since this is still technically a TV and not a computer monitor, you cannot change the refresh rate to anything between 60 and 120hz. So please keep this in mind if you have an underpowered GPU, and want to Max out your game settings, but reduce your VSYNC lock to something still manageable like 75 or 100 FPS. This was a really painful fact that i had to deal with until I finally gave into the inflated pricing and upgraded to a 5080. And lastly, all of the high tech image enhancing features they offer in this and upgraded models, i've tested thoroughly over many hours in various configurations, during all types of usage, and all are completely useless and remain disabled, or must stay disabled because they don't work with "Game Mode", which I should add, must be enabled in order to use 120hz on PC. Samsung is so much like Apple and Toyota it hurts: LOVE the hardware, HATE the software. But I kept this display because despite the hatred I have for the OS, it's still better than LG, and cheaper than Sony. And did I mention the absolutely gorgeous picture? ... show more
