It cut Down our super tall grass like butter! It more than paid for itself already andI just got it a few months ago! It’s easy to maneuver, it’s lightweight and it’s quick and easy to assemble! I have to say I like this lawn mower it did the job fantastically on my yard, I noticed that some of the issues people had in the past were most likely older models of this newer model this one has a better starting bar and if you do hit thick grass the engine revs spinning the blades faster the lawn mower is very easy to use and very lightweight which I appreciate being that right now I have a severe clavicle fracture. It's also very safe to use as long as you follow the instructions the thing will work perfectly.

I received my LawnMaster in a timely manner, but was unable to assemble due to missing/dysfunctional part. Amazon sent me a replacement right away, so I was happy about that solution. Not happy that I had to pack up and ship back the defective unit. The mower worked well for about two months. Now, one of the batteries will not charge. I called the warranty number and it may take 20-25 business days for the battery to be in stock, then another 20-25 business days for the item to ship to me. I was appalled by these wait times. I do not have a back up mower or the money to purchase a second mower. Summer will be over before the part arrivee! I inquired about them sending me a new unit and the wait time may be similar. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with the customer support rep, she was great, but I am very unhappy they do not have a key part in stock. Don't waste your time or money on this battery-operated mower. The most important component, the battery fails, and they do not even have replacements in stock. I am very displeased and will purchase from well-known companies in the future, who I know can replace defective products.

This mower worked perfectly for my small 17' by 30' lawn. It has five heights that are easy to adjust and the 15" cutting diameter is perfect for smaller lawns. It comes with two batteries (both are used to operate) and a charger that charges both at the same time. What was really impressive was that we just bought this house so the lawn was easily 1-1/2 feet tall. This mower cut through all of it quickly and easily without even bogging the motor down. All I did to assist the mower, was push with the rear wheels raised a little off the ground even though I already had it set to the highest cut setting. This mimicked the way the cut height adjustment works. It raises just the rear wheels.

Battery life is not good. Went dead or overheated after 40 minutes of doing the front yard. Let both batteries recharge to cut the back yard and after 30 minutes, the lawnmower cut off again. Had to recharge again and resume cutting an hour later. Super annoying! Also the bag IS VERY SMALL!!! The mover is suitable for very very small yards perhaps. My yard isn’t that big but definitely a challenge for this product.
