In my view this is a high value product and has worked like a charm for several years without fault. I highly recomend this product. A 55" was too small and the 65" was to large for my purpose. The 60" was the perfect size and quality for my use. I highly recommend Samsung products.

This QLED Samsung 65 inch TV is amazing, from start to finish. Packaged beautifully, best engineered mounting legs I have best seen. Didn’t have to read instructions. Simple walkthrough on screen. Really easy menus, easy and quick to adjust picture settings. Here’s a tip; get a close shot of a person or head shots of a group of people and pause the shot to adjust picture settings. I did not receive any gratuity for this review, it’s straight up honest. Go to a place like Costco to see the TV’s side by side and you will see the difference in color and detail. You will go with the higher priced models for the picture colors and details. I did not want to drop a thousand plus, so this TV was the best purchase for the size and money. The only downside of this and any sound that comes built in with any TV is that you have to have a sound bar for the complete TV experience. Amazon carry’s a lovely sound bar, a Sony that is just under a hundred bucks. ... show more

We’ve had this TV for a few months, loved it at first. Great size, features, picture. A few months in, the remote stopped working - you hit volume up and it SHOOTS up to 100. Then you hit volume down, and it plunges down to 0. The voice assist button does not work/listen, and many of the apps on the Home Screen randomly disappear. We were about to buy a second one for another room, but then these issues popped up and were looking at other brands now. ... show more

There are so many things that I have an issues with, so I will just list them one by one. 1) The picture is dark, no matter what picture setting I use. I have the brightness turned all the way up, picture mode is Dynamic and it is dark. In low lit scenes, all you can see are shadows 2) The external sound bar cannot be controlled by the tv remote. I don't know if this only works with a Samsung sound bar but I have to use the separate remote for the LG sound bar I have connected. 3) The smart tv user interface is so buggy. EVRY SINGLE TIME I launch Hulu for the first time, it crashes. I have to launch again for it to work. Then there is a super weird thing that happens that I am not sure how to describe but sometimes the dialog in shows is muted. Not all sounds, just the dialog. If there is music accompanying the dialog, the music is audible but the dialog not. I have to turn off the tv and back on to correct. 4) The remote is a little wonky and takes getting used to Regretting not sticking with LG and really disappointed that I am missing the 10 year old LG I replaced with this one. ... show more

I was unsure about ordering this tv after reading some of the negative reviews, but then realized every tv out there has negative reviews and if a decision was made soley on that aspect, I would never buy one. Based upon previous purchases, I consider Samsung a high quality brand and finally decided to order this one for my living room for non-gaming use. The setup was very easy, the sound and picture quality is fantastic and so far I am extremely pleased with the purchase. Woke up this morning at 7am and saw that package was sitting outside my front door in Florida, within one day of order placement. Amazing Amazon. Opened up the package, hooked up the HDMI from my Dell desktop PC and DVD Player within minutes. Started up the setup procedure. The Samsung 43"Q60B picked up my network, the PC, all my Samsung TV Plus settings from my 75"Q80A in the living room; the DVD Player; as well as my Samsung account settings automatically as it showed up in the main menu listing. It's as if this TV read my mind. Need I say more folks? Excellent picture quality out of the box as well as the sound. For the PC, I set the picture to Warm2. Desktop will show up automatically every time I turn the TV on. Other settings remain the same as in my 75". This highly intuitive TV is appropriate for this day and age, but perhaps not for everyone. And thank you Amazon for the 5-installment payment method.
