This review is for the Samsung QLED Q70T 65”. Had a Samsung 55” for almost 20 years and it still works. We researched for many days and weeks and kept coming back to this model. Delivered as promised, packed very well in original carton. I wrestled it inside the house, but had to call my brother for help getting it out of carton and to place on TV stand. Was afraid I would damage it by myself. So easy to set up. Only took a few minutes. Ordered a sound bar to go with it and the TV recognized it immediately. Alexa was also recognized. Just had to enter a code from the app. We love how Smart this unit is. Very easy to access Prime Video, Netflix or any other service you may have. The remote control is not like anything we have ever used, but after using it a couple time I wondered why did it take so long for a remote so simple. Picture is great. We tried the sound before hooking the sound bar and it was not bad at all. For the money you can feel comfortable ordering this TV. I feel bad for those that had issues and gave a bad review but we are very pleased with this purchase. Have used for several weeks. No problems at all. ... show more

Recently installed a 75" Samsung QLED Q70T in our basement as a gaming/movie device w/ NextLumi backlighting & a Q70 Soundbar. Read a lot of conflicting online reviews on this set - but ultimately, it's got the majority of the next gen features I'm looking for (120hz refresh rate for gaming, QLED for picture quality on movies) & it a really good price for the size. TV tech is moving so fast these days, that it's tough for me to spend an extra 1.5k to move up to the Q90, when it'll be outdated in ~3Years. As mentioned, I'm in a relatively dark area of the house, so this TV is PLENTY bright & the colors look amazing - even the darks (the backlighting helps here). The TV apps are snappy & responsive --- and overall I feel like this is a really good TV in terms of both quality & price. Would recommend. ... show more

Took a couple of hours to tweak to get just perfect. But it’s beautiful once all was done. Easy set up and easy setup functions. Picture is great. Sound is great (running through sound bar - Yamaha). Sound out of tv is loud enough but needs bass. Picture is crisp and clear. Colors are vivid and accurate. This tv is a 5/5. Not sure what all the negative reviews are talking about. This tv is great! 2 weeks later: a bit more tweaking and the picture is superb! Vibrancy, color, detail, brightness, depth all fantastic. Even sound directly through tv isn’t bad. Still using sound bar for a bit more bass, but that’s just my own preference. ... show more

This tv is great everything works just fine and the pictures even the blacks and deep color look amazing, I was a little worried because of the bad reviews, but the screen is fine, nothing broken inside or out, and all the smart features and apps work great, I connected my Q67ct speaker system and synced up fast.     • Bit of a Learning Curve, Customer Service Sucks

We love our new huge smart TV, but there are a few mysteries we have yet to solve. We thought our existing Alexa speaker would control the TV. No the TV is an Alexa. I don't have to tell you how confusing that can be. We needed help installing the stand. The instructions were crap and the customer service (I think I spoke to 5 different people) was absolutely terrible. They couldn't even understand the question at first and then when they did, gave me a youtube video (of the wrong model) as the answer. Luckily, the TV basically righted itself after the legs, not fully installed took the full weight of the TV (we were not too sure about putting something that big on a fairly flimsy wall). Every now and then a little buggy, and the Alexa responds when she feels like it. One big downside: remote does not light up. In a darkened room, it's a problem. Beyond that, very happy with quality and picture. Really enjoy when something is actually in 4KUltra whatever whatever. Not big A/V techie people, but we like the TV! ... show more

The TV was packaged very safely and super easy to set up, including with our cable service. It has already lived up to our expectations in a short period of time. We definitely experienced some troublesome shipping issues however, with constant delivery delays and no updates from the shipping company, but the seller (Video & Audio Center) was very responsive with us and expressed their immediate sympathy and apologies for the delivery issues. They said they would look into the shipping company they used and even gave us a discount on the TV to show their remorse and intention of providing top quality customer service.     • Exactly what I wanted

This was the perfect first 4K TV Edit: I have had this TV for over 3 years now, and I think this is probably the best TV I ever owned. Though there was never a major problem with this TV, in the early days there were a couple of very minor nits to pick. In the intervening years, and I am not sure if this is due to a software update, there is literally no issues with this TV at the moment (major or minor). I use it for watching TV (FIOS), lots and lots of streaming (AppleTV), and the occasional UHD Blu-Ray. I had previously used it for XBox. The TV handles everything perfectly. The picture (which with all TVs must be tuned properly) is perfect. I followed recommendations from the internet and made slight adjustments from there. I have not touched the settings since and they are set for all types of viewing. I watch a lot of sports, and football (especially on Sunday night) is absolutely brilliant. I realize they dont sell this model anymore, but if I did need a new TV, I would be getting the 2024 version of this TV. ... show more
