I’ll admit I had an allergic reaction to paying $120 for plastic edging with magnetic clips for a TV that is already 2x the price of the same Samsung without the Art mode. Its like going to a fancy restaurant and paying $7 for a coca cola you could get our of a vending machine for $1. That being said it really does improve the look of the TV and help it blend into the wall, which ultimately is what you’re paying for. I knocked off a Star because Samsung really should include one with the Frame TV given the price premium.

The packaging for this product is fundamentally flawed. The pieces to the "frame" are long thin plastic, they are held in a cardboard box on two foam pieces on either end. The middle has no foam around it. In shipping the long thin box gets banged up, and ALL of the pieces of the frame break in half, in the middle, where there is zero foam. This could very well be the worst packaging design in history. I've ordered this twice now, once from Samsung and once from Amazon. Both showed up smashed to pieces and went right back. Amazon did better than Samsung and put the Samsung box inside another cardboard box... however it didn't help. I want to try a THIRD time to order this, but I am doubtful it is possible to get it in one piece at this point. The box is NOT marked as "fragile" --but it needs to be. If anyone from Samsung, or Amazon is reading this --you have a serious problem shipping this product. Please figure it out --I'd really like to buy it --and get it in one piece. Thanks.

The bezel was delivered very quickly and in perfect condition. It’s a legit Samsung branded part. The “install” - if it can even be called that - took less than one minute. The bezel snaps on. The color was as I expected a faux teakwood shade of tan. I am very pleased with the bezel! I would have given higher rating but the over 100$ price tag is a joke. The bezel is literally nothing more than 4 lengths of thin plastic. It’s not even strong or sturdy. You’ve got to handle it carefully. I scoured the Internet and couldn’t find this item in stock for less anywhere else.

This is the second frame I have purchased that has arrived broken. Additionally, we purchased another one and my husband broke it during assembly. In my opinion, these are terrible quality for the price you pay especially considering two of them arrived broken. I will be sending this one back.

This frame does make the TV look a little nicer. However, it is VERY cheaply made - the plastic was chipping on the edges when I received it. It's also advertised as being magnetic, but you do have to snap it onto the TV, so it's not as easily swappable with other bezels as they advertise. Additionally, the pieces do not line up quite right at the corners, so it's not completely seamless all the way around - you can see the TV (although barely) through some of the spaces where the frame pieces connect.

Let me first say that this is NOT Amazon's fault at all - they do a great job of shipping and handling. The manufacturer's box (SAMSUNG) that these flimsy plastic frames come is in extremely inadequate. Both shipments came with minor box damage, but the plastic frames were broken in several places on the inside. I will not be shopping for a replacement order unless the packaging or the frames themselves improve to survive normal shipping.

Overall I am happy with this frame. It makes the TV look like a picture when the art mode is on. It is easy to put on and the TV looks a lot better in the room with this frame. My only complaint is that it is not packaged well. There is no padding in the middle and the first one we received was broken in half. It is made out of plastic and will break easily if not handled with care.

Not magnetic as description states. Ordered this separately from tv as combo wasn’t available in teak when I ordered tv. TV is already mounted and in order to install this frame it will have to come off wall, to be put on as it is not magnetic as stated. I can’t take it off by myself so will have to get person who installed it to come back out. Will be returning
