  • For ultimate productivity. Love it 💕💖
Color: Black Size: 43-inch Style: M70B Set: Adjustable Stand
Great computer monitor (period). 1. There's a few quarks here and there in it's UI. I will mention a few I have found so far. a. No easy way to turn on eye saver (like other Samsung monitors). UPDATE pressing and holding the home bottom will bring up the settings menu bypassing the home screen. Nice. b. The "MultiView" option (when using Galaxy phone SmartView), will cause for reduced quality in both windows. Even if the other window is the PC input though wired connection (might be different when using two wire connections, haven't tried). However, if you select Picture-in-Picture, this will fix it the quality. You will be able to work on your PC with your phone screen mirror on top of it. The only drawback is that the picture mode will be set to "Entertain", which I personally don't like for serious work. It's too bright. If you try to get to the Settings and adjust this, the picture on picture (SmartView's phone screen mirror) will disconnect. So you can't adjust the picture mode during using picture-in-picture. c. No easy way to access Settings. You must go through Home. Let's say you want to adjust the picture mode. You must press Home then settings. Once there the PC content will become visible on the back ground and you can adjust. I don't really like this. Going Home shouldn't navigate you from the active content (PC ). d. No floating(or transparent) UI. As explained prior, everything is done though first accessing Home. e. No Input Selector option. The inputs work differently here. You select a device instead (such as PC, cable box etc.). This will either be on the Media or Workspace depending on how you set it up. Not a big deal, but does take some time to get used to it. f. The wireless display option is utterly pointless (as expected). Do not expect high resolution in this mode or HDR. You should be connecting your PC though either HDMI or USB C. g. USB C connection does not utilize HDR. Kinda of a bummer, but I get why. With USC-C you can charge the laptop(if your laptop supports this) while maintaining 4k-60Hz resolution. Too much to ask for HDR to also work, I guess. And you only get 1 USB-C port. Umm ok. I knew that when buying. Still wanted at least 2 or 3. HDR will work on HDMI. You can use a HDMI to USB-C cable if your about UCB C like me (but no power delivery to your laptop). Umm ok. I get it. h. The monitor will work most as a TV when the PC goes to sleep. I hate this and needs to be fixed. This will cause your windows to shift when waking the PC up at times. The monitor should just go on standby instead as any computer monitor does. Total mess up on Samsung's part here. 2. Definitely, get a window management program to utilize the screen real-estate (no Samsung Program for this). I use DisplayFusion Pro, which allows for custom keyboard shortcuts. I LOVE that I can do this. I programmed like 16 windows snapping shortcuts LOL. Total game changer productivity wise and a must to enjoy this monitor. Optionally, you can use MS PowerToys' Fancy Zones. 3. The SmartTV features are nice when not working. You can use Youtube, YoutubeTV etc. However, you probably won't use this unless not sitting on the desk as these apps will run in full screen. Not ideal to be sitting so close to the monitor for this use. 4. The Bluetooth speaker option is also cool. Even with all its quarks. The screen real-estate is unmatched. You if work with multiple windows open this will change your life. You can have spreadsheets, pdfs, word files, chrome windows, file explore all sitting comfortably in front of you. ... show more

  • This TV is AWESOME
Color: Black Size: 32-inch Style: M70B Set: Adjustable Stand
I’ve had this 32” 4k Samsung TV for a couple of weeks. It fits perfectly in my travel trailer and replaced my 18” 720p Vizio. I didn’t have to change out the wall mount, fits the Samsung perfect. But that’s not the half of it! I bought this because it’s the biggest tv I could fit into the tight space I’m limited to. It’s great! Slim and sleek and locks in perfect! But I also bought it because it has an “arc” HDMI port. Which I was hoping would play to my built in MBQuart head unit for the travel trailer’s sound system. It did not connect through the HDMI to the sound system but it DID connect to the head unit through BLUETOOTH! And it gets better! Not only does my headunit work seamlessly with the Samsung, but so does the PS5! Which looks CRISP and BEAUTIFUL! AND THEN! I come to learn that Samsung has a free set of 500 channels which stream local news and some fun stations (with ads) FOR FREE with no credit card or additional equipment through their proprietary “Samsung TV Plus” program. I’m watching “wipe out” channel right now and I never expected that to be an option. What else? Oh yeah! IT HAS A USB-C and complimentary cord to plug in my MacBook! …Have I been living under a rock?! When did TV’s get THIS smart? Finally- I LOVE THE REMOTE! It controls the PS5 (where it counts for media- not so much for gaming) and it’s a rechargeable remote! I feel like I made the absolute right choice in buying this TV and I’m ready to buy more of them as gifts for Christmas! ... show more

  • NO camera! OK monitor, could be better with software tweaks
Color: Black Size: 32-inch Style: M70B Set: Adjustable Stand
First, the camera is not included. Despite what the fourth bullet point in the "About this item" eludes to, the Slimfit web cam is not included. I was surprised to see it mentioned, since I thought it was a separate purchase, and indeed it is. It just sucks that they mention it in a way that is misleading, and don't clarify that it is separate. Functionally, maybe I wanted a monitor that is a little less smart... like maybe I was looking for a monitor that was also a Smart TV, and not a Smart TV that can ALSO be a monitor. I find it cumbersome to switch between my PC and Mac. As someone else pointed out, you have to go to the home menu to connected devices and then select the HDMI2 (where the Mac Mini is connected) and select it. You can add it to the Media section of the Home screen, which is a little less cumbersome, but you can't add it to the Workspace section of the Home screen where the PC was automatically added. I think this is because the screen can't automatically "detect" the Mac Mini for some reason. When I switch to it, I frequently get a screen telling me it's trying to detect the source, which I stare at for 10 seconds or so before remembering I can hit the back button on the remote and get to my screen. The bottom line is, I can't get both HDMI sources on the same screen to go back and forth between. The are on separate "Tabs" on the Home screen (or you can go down to the "Connected Devices tab every time and select them". It would be great if Samsung could have a way to set the primary personality of the monitor to TV or Monitor. If I was using this mostly as a TV, but wanted to use it as a monitor sometimes, I set it to TV menuing and the UI is geared toward streaming apps and selling my the Barbie Movie. But, if I use it mostly as a monitor, them I could switch to Monitor menuing and I'm able to switch inputs or use the productivity apps quickly, and all the smart TV stuff would be on another tab. Maybe I'm just missing the way to do this or to manually configure the HDMI ports to be on the Workspace Tab? Anyway, other than the annoying UI, as a monitor it works pretty well. I get some flickering, but I think it's from adaptive lighting settings or something. I've only noticed it a couple of times, and I haven't dug into the settings to see if it could be one of the automatic picture mode things. My only other complaint is that when it's on my PC and the PC goes to sleep, the monitor will "wake up" every few minutes to tell me there's no input on HDMI1 and that the monitor is going to sleep in 60 seconds... only to wake up to tell me it's going to sleep in 60 seconds.... The SmartThings app on my phone works to switch inputs nicely, but it also frequently shows the monitor as "offline", even though they are both on the same WiFi network. I have to "update data" from the three-dot menu to reconnect. I know it sounds like I don't like the monitor, but I do.. The image quality, size and sound are exactly what I was looking for, I just needed it a little dumber or a few more software options to allow me to make choices, instead of the UI assuming it knows what's best for me. ... show more
