Not bad for price, lasted me 3 years and still going but it’s starting to fail, RGB is kinda weak with the set colors you have to use. But overall no complaints good typing sound, easy plug and play, and has lasted a while to a bit of abuse, but buttons have started to fail from time to time so it’s time to switch.

The keyboard mouse combo was delivered sept 16 2024. There is a lot I like about this product. The keyboard feels good to type on, and the mouse has good performance. For basic use these are good items. I would say that if you are a gamer, the mouse had some intermittent issues with response. NOT for gamers. All of that could lead to a good review except for a few glaring problems. 1. The battery life on the keyboard is not comparable to other products. It lasts a few days, which is good, but there are other similar products that get better life. 2. The keyboard has had intermittent issues where it will just stop working. This is not battery related. The fix has been a combination of restarting the keyboard, reseating the USB, or at times restarting the computer altogether. 3. The mouse is dead. Did not last even 2 months and nothing I have done has been able to fix it. While I will be contacting customer support I don't have much hope for a decent resolution. Average customer support sucks in this day and age. I will edit this review with that experience at a later date. As of now, I would not recommend or buy from redthunder again. --Update-- Redthunder was initialy kind enough to reach out and offer full refund. Awesome... right? No. I accepted, to which they then sent a canned how to on fixing a keyboard. wait, sorry, one little piece about fixing a mouse that wont pair. As my mouse is dead and wont turn on (yes I know how to charge it), neither of these will work for me. Still no refund. Had they not reached out, or said "sorry, past the return date", I would have written this off. But I despise people/companies who promise one thing then dont fallow through. Or just ignore in this case. One star. Horrid customer service, bad business, worse product... Do no purchase.

5 stars to so it's at the top, Real Review here > Keyboard stopped working after 3 months, the charging port sparked and started to smoke. No response from "Red Thunder" customer service, and their website looks completely fake and scammy. It was kinda nice while it lasted, keys were actually quiet, but better off paying a bit more for something of real quality

UPDATE: Tech Support responded to me and sent me a new Keyboard/Mouse set. I appreciate that they did that. We'll see if this one lasts longer than the other. I increased the rating for good customer service. Today is 7/24/25 I purchased on 4/17/25 and today is 7/6/25. The mouse is dead, randomly, without warning. No power, wont charge, buttons dont work, and the troubleshooting provided in their booklet didnt help at all. I sent an email to product support and hope I can get somewhere with them.

This is a great little DisplayPort switch that works exactly as intended. I tested it on my setup with both a 49-inch Samsung ultrawide and a 27-inch monitor, and the performance was flawless. When switching between my two devices, it was very fast and there was absolutely no flickering or signal loss; the image was just as crisp and stable as a direct connection. On top of the great performance, the switch itself has a really solid design, feels well-built, and the 2-in-1 port layout is straightforward for connecting two sources to one screen. If you're looking for a reliable and hassle-free way to share a monitor, even a large one, this is a solid choice.

This looked pretty with the light up keys and mouse, but did not last. Keys went dead, then the entire thing went dead very soon after purchase. We got 2 sets and the other one is still working, so your experience may differ. I personally would not buy it again. It was inexpensive.

Beautiful keyboard. You do need to make sure the usb is pulled into your computer so the light up happens. To turn on the light function for the mouse you need to switch it towards the sun symbol on the underside of the mouse. You can change the speed of the lights or select one specific color. The sound is wonderful if you are searching for that thonky keyboard sound. The spacebar does make a different sound but it’s alright. It functions really well. It can definitely take a hit so it’s durable 10/10.
