Got the bezel for my 32" FRAME TV, and yes the bezel is a must to have that "picture frame" look. Though its fairly thin in width it definitely adds a dimension to the overall look, making it look less like a TV and more like framed artwork. My only gripe was that the Platinum bezel is more like black / super duper dark gray, and I wanted a more silver / light gray color to match my other art. Otherwise, it still looks like a TV... So since I didn't want white or any other color, I decided to paint it myself with an "Aluminum Metallic" spray paint, it was super easy and the end result was better than I expected. I am in no way skilled at painting anything but spray painting it was a piece of cake and now it looks like it originally came in Silver and wasn't a DIY home makeover. I attached a pic which doesn't do it justice but hopefully you can see the difference. Just wanted to share this review in case anyone was planning on the Platinum color. It doesn't look like the color you see online when ordering and choosing colors, so just a heads up. Other than that, absolutely love it !!! Cheers from Orlando! ... show more

We use this TV everyday and when its not in use its a picture frame that I can change the stored pictures at any time. It comes with standard pictures and you can also add your own. Everyone that sees it thinks its just a picture frame until I turn it on. Love it.

    • Great slim TV and looks like a framed piece of art..

This has been a bit frustrating. The idea is that the tv sleeps when you are not there. Walk in and it detects you and wakes up and displays the art you have selected as the image. It has been a damn struggle to get it to do this despite the fact that I am deeply savvy and utterly committed to getting it to work correctly. Good luck if you get one. Be prepared to constantly pull the power plug to reset it and to get it to work correctly. Shame on Samsung for such a brilliant idea so poorly executed. Edit: Bumped this up to four stars. I figured out to reset the TV to get it to consistently go into art mode when not being used to watch tv. You have to unplug it for about a minute. Then go back into the art mode and set a new pic. Don't mess with it after that and it really has worked well now for a couple of months. ... show more

They’ll tell you it only works for the 2020 version of The Frame TV... I even reached out to Samsung’s customer service to ask if the 2020 Frame Bezel would work on my 2019 55” tv. They said no it would not. The 2019 bezel is no where to be found on the Internet. I was skeptical they would even bring it back in stock since it’s an older model now, so I ordered this from Amazon to try for myself. It works on my 2019 tv y’all! Even the little black connectors and hole covers fit perfectly. See picture. It was very easy to snap on, and I love the elevated look of the beige frame. We debated on if the additional bezel was worth it because it isn’t cheap, but in my opinion it disguises the tv even more - which is the main reason we went with The Frame tv in the first place.     • It works with the 2019, but to what degree?

So this item cost about $145. It probably is really worth 30-40 bucks. Its just plastic. They claim the 2020 model doesn't fit the 2019 frame tv or previous models. It fits fine, the only thing that is in question is if it is blocking a sensor of some kind. The motion sensor no longer pick up that you are in the room and turns on the TV into art mode. If you wave your hand under the TV it turns on. It looks good though when its on etc. I have a 2019 tv with a 2019 bezel and they look identical so i don't know what the difference is. I spoke with many different Samsung reps, some say it works fine others say there is a difference and they wont work. It has been a headache of an experience. The last rep I spoke with swears the 2020 bezel is compatible with the 2019 tvs and won't affect any performance. All I can go on, is that mine fits, seems like it fits perfect, but now the motion sensor doesn't work. Maybe something is blocking it. I just can't believe Samsung stopped manufacturing the 2019 bezels a year after the TV came out. Very disappointing. All I can speak of is that my 2019 55" Frame TV has the 2020 bezel on it, and it looks like it should, as far as the sensor goes, who knows. Still trying to figure that out. ... show more

This is the best new gadget in our home! We love how it goes from a piece of art to tv. Had it installed in our kitchen, keeps the little toddler busy while I cook. Because it required a box to be hidden behind the tv we hired a professional, it wasn’t too expensive but it wasn’t free. Tv looks great! ... show more

This product fits perfectly and looks fantastic. Really completes the illusion of the tv being an art display. That being said I can’t believe it costs $140-$150 and there aren’t any 3rd party manufacturers of something similar yet. I can’t say that 4 pieces of aluminum angle stock and some plastic joining pieces are worth $150. If you’ve got money to complete your Frame TV and you can stomach the price, by all means buy it and you won’t be disappointed. ... show more
