I really do love this laptop, this thing got some power to it, I can easily connect my iPhone device to get text messages and calls directly from my laptop, it can run all my work application such as zoom and software I use without any issues. I get a good 8 hours of battery life which is not terrible and it covers a full work day for me. The volume is loud in my opinion when watching YouTube videos or streaming in general, I tend to use my headphones most of the time and never actually use the laptop volume. I don’t have any slow loading issues, the webcam is 720 p and works fine for what I need it for. I use it daily in a call center and never run into any problems with it. I used a MacBook before I got this laptop and has all the bells and whistles that my old MacBook had. I highly recommend this product if you’re a student. Only downside to this device is it does not offer a backlit keyboard ): so working at night requires a light to be on, or if you’re like me and memorized the keys than it wouldn’t be a total deal breaker. Update: 6/26/24 This laptop is still performing excellently after a few months of use. The battery life remains strong at 8 hours. I did purchase a higher quality webcam since Zoom calls were a bit spotty. All my devices connect without any issues. If you’re like me and need to connect multiple devices, I recommend investing in a hub, as the laptop offers only 2 USB-C ports, 2 USB ports, and 1 HDMI port. I absolutely love this computer. I am a forever samsung person and this is easy to use fast and has everything I need. Only downside is it is not touchscreen. But it's a good quality and light weight. I love it!!!

Funciona magnificamente y el volumen, aplicaciones y tod es muy bueno. La camara en video llamadas no funciona tanto asi, se ve muy pixeleada tu imagen, pero tu ves a todos bastante bien, entonces es la unica desventaja.

I literally can’t hear anything when my kids are making noise lol. I’m trying to listen to this lady talk without wearing earbuds cause I need to hear my surroundings too but it’s just not possible but it’s good practice to teach them to be quieter. So it’s ok. Also it’s really slow but that also teaches me patience, what can I say. I don’t wanna be negative about it ... show more

This isn't so much a review on the product as it is on Amazon. They sent me a laptop that they didn't quality control and verify if the computer works. It doesn't hold a charge. Would shut off when I had it plugged in. They sent it without a changer. I called twice in the same say as problems kept mounting. The laptop is nice if I could turn it on ans use it.
