The hydraulics are smooth. It is somewhat comfortable, but not for long periods of time. It reclines well but is kind of shaky with tall and larger clients. Feels unstable at times.     • Gold rubs off! Cheap materials.

I bought 12 of these and I regret it. They are of cheap material. Very light so tue chair moves around and tips forward easily. The gold started rubbing off as soon as we started using it. And the rubber on the side arm rests have cheap adhesive and started to lift. The pump does not line up well and are slightly off but not enough to be on purpose for say a right foot or a left. Just enough to look like we assembled them wrong and not simetrical when we make all the chairs face forward. Very dissatisfied. Unfortunately for me I'm well passed the return window. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This chair is for my barber shed, I ordered this chair to go into a barn house shed that I’m transforming into a mini salon. I just opened it and put it together a few days ago it didn’t take long to put assemble it was easy to put together, The chair did have some scratches and stains on the but it’s okay it’s not an issue. The chair is very sturdy the chair seat is very firm so I know it withhold itself for a while, I like the modern look and appearance it goes well with my other salon furniture and the size of it is good for the area I have it in it fits just right and isn’t bulky but not too small. When I saw the chair I loved it but didn’t live up to the beauty. The chair doesn’t pump up very high and the pump has a malfunction. Have to manually pull the pump up rather than stepping on it in order to lift the chair. By the time I noticed it wasn’t fixable it was too late to return the chair.

This product is supper pretty and easy to assemble, it is however very stiff to turn and the pump and hydrolics on the one I received did not work. The base is very cheap and light.
