I am a female but bought this generic version over the women's versions because the pockets where the phone go are much bigger and easily fit my iPhone 15 pro max. I like to take lots of photos so this is important to me. I also like that the pockets for the soft flasks are deeper in this version of the vest. I use this for simple day hikes and I find that it holds my phone, chapstick, sunscreen, rain jack, puffy coat, emergency kit and elastic bandage, gloves, hat, the 2 water flasks, snacks and I still have room. I bought it in winter so I know it will hold enough stuff for my spring and summer hikes. It is also longer than the women's version with water flasks that have large openings (the women's version has small openings.) Lastly, I have larger breasts and this version fits much better. I had a had time finding any reviews discussing this topic about larger breasts and find that many vests or backpacks don't fit correctly and are made more for a small breasted women.

I use this for my half and full marathon training. There are plenty of pockets to store food or chews or your phone. Each bladder in the front holds 500ml and is easily refillable at a water station mid-run. I believe they say the rear reservoir is suited to hold the Salomon soft reservoir 1.5L but I bought the 2L and just don’t fill it all the way - no issues. The pack is comfortable and has low bounce. It’s relatively lightweight, but you can still tell it’s there. Overall, a bit expensive but I love the pack for long running when you need to stay hydrated!

Got this for my son for Christmas. Was on his wish list as his “big gift”. These are shipped from the UK. I needed it by early December as I was going up to his home in another state. Ours was lost in the mail. Their customer service was Amazing. Immediately helpful, got a new one shipped out super fast delivery and I was able to get it in time. So, so kind, polite and helpful. He really loves it. Good company.

I tried this pack on and really liked it but I had to return it because it was slightly too big. Once I bought the smaller size, it fit snuggly and has minimal bounce even with a hydration bladder and my gear when running on the trails. It has lots of pockets. It’s aLeo easy to loosen and tighten. Would definitely recommend.

I already own the 5L pack in a large but since I've had it for many years I went by the measurements instead of just ordering a large. I measured at a medium but when it came it was too small so I ordered a large. These packs are great, excited to have a bit more capacity for an upcoming 50 mile run with limited water. If you've never run in these packs they are great, just be wary of the sizing.

Im 5'11" and 220lbs. I have been wearing the XL version. It took some navigate all the pockets to choose from. I love all the pockets. Its fits great, feels sturdy, and is super stretchy and flexible. The stretchy material does a great job anchoring all your gear to you body and does not allow your items to travel as you run. Its pricey but you get what you pay for.

Pedí este chaleco en especial para una carrera de 110 km por la Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta y casi me deja en medio de la carrera. Sólo lo usé una vez y en medio de la carrera pude observar su deterioro llevándome a preocupar si terminaría cargando el chaleco en mis manos y no sobre mi espalda. Puedo ver que las fallas son de fábrica, ya he usado antes estos productos de Salomon y son realmente buenos... tengo esta misma referencia pero de 5 litros desde hace 2 años y está perfecto. Este chaleco tenía varías fallas: 1. Se deshiló donde va el pliegue que conecta los hombros con la espalda. 2. Una liga para sostener la bolsa de hidratación nunca la sostuvo, todo el tiempo se hundía la bolsa y me tocaba ingeniar para poder sacarla. 3. Se cayeron las letras de color gris de la referencia del chaleco, parecían sobrepuestas. 4. Se puede evidenciar hilos saliendo por varias partes del chaleco. Quedé decepcionado luego de usarlo una sola vez y tener todos estos problemas. Me gustaría volver a comprar la misma referencia, reitero he usado productos Salomon y todos son destacables en calidad. La comodidad de este chaleco para largas distancias es única y también la capacidad de almacenamiento y la cantidad de bolsillos me hicieron amarlo aún más. Espero una pronta solución. Muchas gracias.
