Helps with cramps
I bought this product after reading some research on the effect of saffron for cramps and period discomfort. If this is an issue for you, I highly recommend you give this a try (I combine it with DIIM, one capsule of each daily, and it is ridiculous the difference it makes). Because it is so effective, I have to assume the quality is high. I haven't noticed any effects on appetite - maybe helps with PMS cravings though. No clear effects on sleep. Worth the price because it made my periods much more endurable.

Good supplement, no imitate benefits.
I recently started taking saffron extract capsules as an eye health supplement. I opted for a brand made in the USA with 90 capsules. I liked the idea of supporting a domestic company. The bottle makes up a generous three month supply. The capsules themselves are really easy to swallow. I take one capsule a day. I haven't noticed any significant changes in my mood. My main focus is on eye health, and while I can't say for sure yet if the saffron is helping, I haven't had any issues and will definitely finish the bottle.

Horrible CHEMICAL smell
CHEMICALS - soon as you open the bottle it knocks you down with the horrible chemical smell. Tried them anyways and they did absolutely nothing. Great supplement!!
My only issue with it is that it took months to get here. Aside from tat, everything about it is very high quality! I'm nearly finished with the bottle, and the capsules are high quality and easy to swallow. There are no offensive tastes, smells, or unwanted side effects. The packing and design is great, even!
