  • My new Cuetec Cynergy 11.78mm pool cue shaft is excellent.
Size: 11.8mm Style Name: 5/16 x 18
The Cuetec Cynergy CT15K 11.8mm Carbon Fiber Low Deflection Pool Cue Shaft I ordered on Amazon arrived with no problems. I was double boxed for safety. And it arrived early. For pool players considering a carbon fiber shaft the Cuetec Cynergy shaft is rated highly rated and I can see why. The Cuetec company packages the shaft in a custom designed box and includes a dozen large 75% alcohol cleaning pads wrapped individually. They recommend using 75% alcohol pads. The shaft can also be purchased to fit any pool cue butt. Mine has 5/16th by 18 threads. I find this carbon fiber shaft has supremely smooth forward motion when using a pool glove. MUCH better than wood shafts. It comes with a dime shape Tiger Sniper leather tip that holds chalk very well. And the dime shape gives SUPERIOR ENGLISH CAPABILITY for controlling the cue ball. It has DEFINITELY changed my game. ... show more

  • Great Cue Shaft
Size: 11.8mm Style Name: 5/16 x 18
I coupled this shaft with a PureX hardwood butt and love the way it plays. The feel is similar to a hardwood cue, but the cueball action you can get with this shaft/tip is on another level.

  • I will say overall I would change stars To all fours or better as time goes on
Size: 11.8mm Style Name: 5/16 x 18
Shaft/warranty what will void warranty. Well I heard that using baby powder for example which is a requirement that I must have I don’t know if it’s my skin oils what are the weather conditions well in Kentucky you’re going to get that so it’s hard to say. Glove get sweaty only Using my Hands that’s not gonna work friction friction friction. I put baby powder on A super soft cotton cloth an rub stick time to time for a smooth stroke . How does this void warranty well I just figured that they’re trying to say that it would sand over time come on now I know that’s not true! If so within a year or two I should have a messed up stick but I highly doubt it. OK listen I’m playing pool and bye I’m on the rail and scraping on metal on the Caps of the table. Now that could scar. Either way it goes if you bring your stick to Cuetec with scars they’re going to void warranty saying you done something you was not supposed to do or use. Listen people there they are going to void warranty either way it goes I’m sure of it or they are going to tell you later not now that you need to pay a $200 deductible postage etc. ha ha I’m just joking! I hope! OK What If tiger tip fails. And you replace it however and done a great job Weather done by an amateur or professional installer. Does that void warranty ! Because otherwise why would you have serial numbers on the stick that you must register. Listen people If you break a craftsman tool whether you’re the original owner or not just take it up there and they will give you a Replacement . What if my shaft was stolen. Do I call the police and give them the serial number now when do police start checking serial numbers on pool cues. Now if I need a temp and maintenance done on the synergy I can see needing a serial number because then if you call QTEC and report it stolen and someone comes in there with a stick it will pop up as stolen. Now that would be handy. Otherwise Cuetec is going to charge a freaking fortune to replace your tip and do I got to keep the tiger or it will be you said it right void warranty. Let’s carry-on since were talking about the tiger tip the Tiger Woods pool cue professional tip. How long does it Tiger Woods golf. Why didn’t they call it the shane van Boeing tip. Since the stick was inspired by him and designed I guess. OK well can you guarantee me the tiger tip is his choice to. Because what I know of it he probably would not have chosen that tip. I have miscued and miscued and miscued on Drawl shots spin shots Masse Is extremely difficult and miscue. Now why doesn’t CuEtec send me a brochure or a video preferably on what shot you can do and what you can’t do! But wait there’s help over time you will get used to watch you can or cannot do! Chopped every time every time ever shot over if you want to be sure. I’m telling you don’t take the chance chalk your tip. Anyway I did let up off from the draw I was using extreme bottom and it did not like it at all nor did the owner of the pool hall. It lifted it up just like an amateur would do making a jumpshot, and we will call that a miscue ,But OK I’ve gotten used to it a little bit more well actually a whole lot a shoot a lot of pool. So my testimony is very accurate with the use of the synergy I would love to send you a video but I don’t want to put myself out there because I want to see if Cuetec will sponsor me first. With of course negotiations in Play . OK spin an masse , attempts failed miserably , miscue of course. But wait there’s good news before you start using your synergy get you a piece of fine sandpaper and rub the edges of the stick mainly and since you got the sand paper available just do the whole tip. You will need to do this I promise . to make it all flow just gently until you feel its skrufted up A little But enough. If it miscues again you must give it a chance and continue unless MisCue frequently than sand again Chalk every time steel. Then you will be in good shape it cost me a lot of money to figure this out more than $400 which I paid for the stick in damages And losses. Not to mention my confidence which is most importantly my money maker. Priceless! I know I have already told you that there’s good news and it’s coming. Man The synergy sure does get English. I can do some amazing things. I Use a lot of extreme English anyway. Excellent drawls just don’t go too low lol. Really good spin once you learn how because there is no good don’t forget the sand paper Once you get all the kinks worked out I will rate the synergy. 4 - 4 1/2 star depending on The tip that day. Because I do like it and I have gotten used to it which when you spend $400 you will tend to get used to things. . I wish I hadn’t gotten used to scratching though. Enjoy or save your money to keep the stick you have ... show more

  • Beautiful shaft, so smooth, good action
Size: 11.8mm Style Name: 5/16 x 18
At my modest skill level, there's no way I *need* a $400 carbon fiber shaft, but this has really increased my enjoyment of the game, and that's what it's all about. It's a dream to hold and shoot with, and capable of anything you could ask of a cue, if you're SVB. For us mortals, it looks and feels really great, and when your stroke is on, it's magic. The only downside is that I can't blame my equipment for my shortcomings. ... show more
