The rug is really low pile, which is nice if you have a robot vacuum. It feels pretty soft. It came folded instead of rolled, which was a little awkward but acceptable. I ordered the cream/champagne blend and now I’m ordering the silver/ivory one. Because the cream/champagne could most accurately be described as “cream/GOLD”! It makes my greige walls look pink and my “oatmeal” loveseat look sick! Otherwise, I like the item. Just NOT the color! And it’s a good price for such a large rug! ... show more

Rug is neutral color and has no loops for my dog to pull or scratch. We had a cream shag which my family loved, but was horrible to keep clean. Everyone likes how soft this rug feels.
