Bought this carpet in 8x10 for my daughters dorm room which has old linoleum tiles. This carpet cozied up the space and looks beautiful. We got the silver/white and it’s a nice neutral. We did put a 1/4 inch felt pad under it to add some softness. Also I will add that the dimensions are not precise. It is shorter than 8’ (more like 7’10”) and a little over 10’. Worked well in the space and I would highly recommend. It would be beautiful in a home- it’s not a “cheap” dorm rug, that’s just how we used it. She’s only had it a few days so not sure on how it will wear or whether it’s stain resistant.

I purchased the 9' x 12', color Ivory. I measured the rug to be 8'7" x 12"1". From a distance, the color reads/appears solid ivory. Up close, you can see thin stripes of a light brown/light rust. I do not have any rug pad underneath. The size of the rug and the furniture keep it from moving or sliding. It feels comfy & thick enough for me to walk on in bare feet. The corners lay about 90% flat (after placing & leaving heavy objects on them for four days). Shipment was fast. It came on a roll covered in thick plastic. One end of the roll had been ripped open. There is a odor that has been getting less noticeable over the past 2 weeks. When I rolled the rug out and inspected it, there were two small dark specks fairly close to each other on one quadrant of the rug (see photo with my socks). When I used my fingers to move the fibers, I could see that this dark spot was part of the fibers going all the way down to the backing. I rotated the rug so that those two spots are located underneath the sofa. In the future if I ever need to rotate the rug again, I will likely snip out the dark fibers with scissors. The stripes or striations are going in the same direction as the wood planks on my flooring. These stripes add some interest without being too much of a "pattern". The density of the fibers seems very good. Soon, I will be painting the walls Benjamin Moore OC-9 Ballet White. That is why you see a photo of the poster board with that sample next to the rug and furniture. In the future, I will consider ordering this same rug for another room. The other room has a darker sofa and I'll likely order the cream color which appears slightly darker than the ivory (on my computer monitor).

Much darker than pictured. This rug is NOT ivory & silver--it' ivory & very dark grey. I wanted to replace my current rug in time for a family event but the champagne\cream color rug in same size wouldn't be available for another 2-3 weeks. ..So much for prime membership these days. Dimensions described were incorrect. I ordered 9x12 but width measured 4" short ( 8'8" ) & length 2" short (11'10" ). Delivery was good at least-- on time & friendly. But will be returning.

PROS: — Soft & thick so it doesn’t flatten overtime. — It’s a great quality rug, especially for the price. We get so many compliments on it! CONS: — The 9 x 9 is actually 8’6” x 8’6” (not major, but good to know) — you’ll need to let this off gas somewhere for 24-48 hours like any other rug.

I have the very long runner in dark brown ombré. We really it. I bought this lighter colour in the 2x3 and it’s uneven on both sides. The stripe type pile on it is at a slight angle. I’m hoping to do better with an exchange. Update: The new one arrived today. It’s 2 inches short of 3 feet and an inch short of 2 feet. Are mat measurements not accurate now?

Nice big rug. I use it in my living room on hard floors. It’s a bit thin but it lays flat. 2 days after putting it down my dog puked on the corner. I was able to easily clean it with a shampooer, I just put a towel under the rug while doing so and then I rinsed it well. It did not stain so that’s a plus! Color of the rug is a bit darker grey than what I see in the images but I still love it.

I was really excited to lay out the carpet in front of my door. It was recently painted black and I love how the carpet fades from black to gray-ish. It is very soft but definitely needs a non-slip carpet pad underneath. I may have also opted for extra padding but didn’t want it to keep the door from opening smoothly. Overall great purchase and we’re happy with it.
