Outstanding quality. My wife spent plenty of time searching online for a larger area rug for our living room. We initially purchased a few other options but they all seemed to appear very different in person, with darker, grayish tones while we were searching for a cream rug exclusively. The cream tones in the rug are great, we’ve had it for some time now and I can say the materials and craftsmanship are top notch. With no sort of slip resistant tape being used, the rug has also kept its position in our home quite nicely. Overall, I’d absolutely recommend this rug to anyone looking for a large, aesthetic, comfortable, and durable rug that is sure to tie your space together!

This rug really exceeded our expectations. We researched so many different ones, but kept coming back to this one and felt it was best for our space. And we were right. It fits absolutely perfectly and feels amazing. It's extremely well made and soft. We did end up getting an extra felt pad for the bottom just because we have kids. But it's so soft and well made enough that it's not really necessary. If you have wood floors, a no slip floor gripper or corner rug tape might be a good idea, unless you have couches and/coffee table weighing it down. It also does come folded, but we just put it down and it's already flattening out nicely, so we're not too concerned about the creases. Again, again rug and we look forward to purchasing again from this company next time we're in need of a high quality rug.

What’s worse than ordering a rug online and then hating it when it arrives? I’ve been there, so was pretty wary about ordering a new rug for my dining room, especially in such a large size. (Meaning extra hassle should I decide to return it.) So far I love it! I like the neutral color yet interesting texture; you can see on each side of the table the light catches the fibers differently. Despite being a creamy color it seems like most stubborn stains would blend decently. I just had delivery guys stomp all over it to deliver my new table, and it seems like it will hold up well to traffic. It is a little softer than wool rugs traditionally feel underfoot, and if it were in a living room I would probably add a pad underneath, but for my purposes it cozies up the room very nicely. In the ~2 hours it’s been laid out on the floor, the wrinkles from the folded packaging are already smoothing out well. So I’m happy with this decision. Would definitely purchase again! Note it is slightly warmer/less gray in real life than the pictures. The photo of the large rug laid out by itself with no table is pretty true to the color.

This rug is advertised as beige and cream. It is not. The so called 'beige' is far closer to gray than beige. In fact it is a 'taupe that looks NOTHING like the picture at the top of the page or those posted by other reviewers. And it gets worse. As the photographs show the "beige" is darker in some areas and lighter in others. It is even quite patchy in places making it look, as another reviewer mentioned, like it needs a good cleaning. All in all a cheap looking rug with a bad dye job. Incidentally, after looking through reviews of other Safavieh rugs i realize the color problem seems to be a fairly common one. Several people have complained that the so called beige or brown sections are actually gray. In fact, it seems that Safavieh's beige is actually taupe in virtually all cases. I guess some one in the company cannot distinguish colors very well - they need to alter their dyes or their descriptions. So I am unfortunately forced to return this area rug which I had high hopes for because I already have a large and very lovely Safavieh rug (the Florida Shag Collection SG454) in my living room. Luckily it is all white so no color issues - the higher and lower pile form the pattern. (I would have bought the same rug in the smaller size I need for my spare room but it is thick and I was afraid that it would have prevented the door from closing. Oh well! The hunt continues.

The media could not be loaded. I had been looking for a rug for my family room for the longest time and this was the perfect one. It came in a size large enough for my room, looks beautiful & feels so soft! It’s so easy to spot clean. It lays so nicely on top of my rug pad and I get so many compliments on it. It’s is really nice quality and I can tell it will hold up very well for a long time. The subtle design and color are perfect for my room. It’s not too bright or bold. I love it!

I've bought several Safavieh rugs and never once has the purchase failed to be a good one. Good quality, good value, and never a problem. Lays flat quickly with little to no curling, colors as expected. Thin but I knew that and it's what I wanted for the in-kitchen dining area. Machine washable rugs are okay but not what you want under a dining table. Attached photos show rug flat except for a little bit of curling at corners 30 minutes after being unpackaged. First step in my very, very, very slow transition to fall colors; works well with my summer yellow & blue decor, too.
