I was very surprised by the quality of this rug for the price. It arrived folded, which concerned me at first, but it quickly flattened out by the end of the day. I ordered the beige/cream, and it’s the perfect neutral rug. Its more of a taupe color, I can tell it’s not going to chow dirt, but the textured part is more of a champagne and it catches the light and brightens up the room. It’s honestly one of the most beautiful rugs I’ve seen. It’s also velvety soft. It’s pretty grippy on the bottom, but for $100 I got a 1/4 in. pad with rubber on the bottom just to make it extra luxurious feeling. So for $400 all together, I have an almost 12’ x 9’ rug (it is actually a few inches smaller, which is pretty much my only complaint), which feels and looks like a $1000 rug. The corner shows signs of potential fraying in the future, so I did put some fray check on there to reinforce it. In summary I highly recommend this rug for the price. ... show more

This rug is so gorgeous...the color is the cream but it is actually a very light taupe and it goes perfectly with our bedding, walls and the rest of our decor. It was very easy to handle and the curling came out of it in no time...we rolled it the opposite way and let it sit for an hour or so and it was ready to put on the floor. I would 1,000 percent recommend this rug to anyone...it looks very expensive and feels wonderful on your feet. I am thrilled with this purchase..The picture of the bed and rug is a bit dark the others are spot on! ... show more

I love the look that these have given my living room! They are very soft to the touch and when walking on them. I have a thin wool rug mat under them. As you can see up close, the gray appears darker but at a distance, and with different light angles, it does not. I can see a small fold still visible in my picture however, not really visible in my room. The corners wanted to curl slightly in some areas so I placed a small piece of folded tape under them until they will stay down. This rug is really beautiful but the threads are directional and when they lay a certain way they have a tan appearance on one side. It reminds me of those sequins pillows that when you swipe it, it changes color except when you do it to the rug it just looks dirty. I am constantly having to smooth it down so it has its white appearance again. I’m still happy with the rug but would drive me crazy if it was in a high traffic area because foot steps will disrupt the way it lays and again, it will appear super dirty when it’s not (it’s just the color of the rug) ... show more

I originally purchased this rug for a hallway, but it was so nice underfoot that I moved it to the kitchen. It's so soft and cushy! I purchased a rug pad also, but the rug itself has a very nice texture and thickness on its' own even without the pad. This is a very nice rug for the price!

I purchased the 9x12. The rug I received is 8’6”x12. I’m on the fence about returning it because I do love the pattern and quality . I just wish these companies would be honest and forth coming about the actual size.
