Im a working college student that was looking for a cute but affordable rug. I understand rugs, especially of higher quality, are expensive so this one is nice for the price. The colors are not as vibrant as they are in the picture which was a disappointment to me, but it's still very close to the picture and pretty. Maybe it's the lighting from the photo. It's as soft as any other rug, but pretty thin so if you want the fluffier and more padded feel under your feet, you will definitely need to buy one of those pad things to put under rugs. The rug got here earlier than anticipated, however, the colors are different than the photo. Just something to keep on mind if you are trying to match another rug, the blue is lighter and "washed"

The media could not be loaded. Pretty rug. To me, main colors are blue, orange and fuschia. The yellow is really more of a cream, like butter, if that helps.

I ordered the 6 x 9 orange/fuschia rug for under my dining room table. I now wish I had ordered the larger size for my living room rug. The colors are exactly as seen in the picture and I appreciated how well packaged it was for delivery. It was rolled tightly, wrapped in plastic and it had these end caps that were like little shower caps on the ends as added protection. I appreciated this because my living room rug was also ordered from Amazon, a nuLoom rug - and while I like it - the quality isn't as good and the first rug came damaged. Back to this one: it had a slight new-rug odor upon unwrapping which was gone within an hour of laying it out and opening the nearby window. I'm impressed with the softness, and the quality of the details. It's not a thick pile rug, but it's thicker than the nuLoom and has a soft and rich feel underfoot. My floors are a dark hardwood-look laminate - walnut dark (PSA: don't pick a flooring this dark) and I wanted something to brighten things up. These colors are rich and bright. From this point forward, having had these two rugs to compare, my future rug purchases will be the Safavieh brand. ... show more

There is not much padding with this rug, it does feel weird to the touch compared to some other rugs and there is a strong chemical smell. The quality overall seems good. The smell is what bothers me. I've had the rug a few days now and it has not gone away. Even with the window open it is still very noticeable.
