Love these rugs! They look so natural. I really like wool, even though it does shed. I have dogs and vacuum several times a week so that doesn't bother me. It does stretch a bit to start, so lay it out a day or so before setting in place. Has a very nice, dense under foot feel. Timeless.

This rug just totally upgraded my dining room! I was skeptical about buying a rug from Amazon, but this rug is the real deal. It is soft and pleasant to walk on. Great thickness, softness, quality, and no smell when we unwrapped it. And it arrived quickly. I also think it looks expensive, but it wasn’t! This definitely beats the price point of a Restoration Hardware rug or an Arhaus rug. Looking forward to enjoying this rug for many years to come. Definitely recommend! Just got this rug and it is beautiful. A steal without the latex backing and how soft this rug is. Since I just got it I can’t comment on the wear etc (will update if it’s poor), but the rug isn’t 100% wool as I thought it was 75% wool 20% cotton and 5% viscose. We were determined not to buy a rug without viscose in it because it stains even with only water spilling on it so hopefully 5% won’t be an issue. My initial impression is that I would purchase again. We also paired it with a felt and rubber pad which I would recommend as the carpet feels even better with it! ... show more

This rug vacuums easily and is a beautiful color, doesn't shed a bunch, and feels really nice under our feet. We ordered the pewter and it is exactly as pictured - more beige than grey (not what I'd associate with pewter) It's perfect for our space (we have bunnies and we needed something with enough variation to hide their hair, but not enough to be busy and gaudy looking. There is no offensive smell emanating from this rug, but there was a slight musty odor when we first unrolled it - smelled like a wool sweater. My bunnies don't want to eat it, which is a plus. Things to note: This rug does not have a backing. It is basically a really tightly knit, thick wool tufted sweater. I would not recommend using it without a carpet pad. We bought the Gorilla Grip felt and rubber one and this rug is perfect with that pad. I prefer rugs with backing because they keep their shape better and are more sturdy, but I don't really notice with a slightly undersized rug pad. Actually no but they keep saying I can’t post my review. My rug arrived covered in what looks to be dried urine stains and red droplets. I contacted the seller for a resolution and nothing. I contacted customer service and they said they could not help and I need to contact the seller. Tried many times. This is my experience. This is not a Safavieh quality rug. The problem I am running into is that the size is always shorter than what I ordered. In most cases, I have accepted it. But today, my runner arrived, and after all the work I have done trying to get everything to work and look nice, the runner is 4 inches short, which looks odd. I ordered a twelve-foot runner, but it's only 11'8", so it doesn't fit and looks weird. My living room rug was the same, 4 inches short, but it's not as noticeable as the runner. I don’t really write too many reviews however I rely a lot on reading them. This has to be the best ever amazon purchase. I am an avid pottery barn and rh shopper and since Covid I find myself more on wayfair and Amazon and Target for a more affordable piece. This rug is a high end rug. I got the stone color hoping for more of a cream white overall appearance. It was not. I was really worried at first glance the overall appearance was a grey. I want to shade that in case you think this will be an off White. However it’s stunning. The quality the feel and the overall look against my dark wood floor it comes off as a light color.
