I bought this but because of the color not matching our furniture we needed to return it. No complaints about the rug itself. My problem is that on the main page it says "Free Returns" but when printing a return label it says I'm responsible for the return shipping AND a 20% re-stocking fee. This is not right. Plus I was unable to reuse the original shipping bag as it was a vacuumed plastic bag with the air removed. No way to reuse bag. ... show more

I gave this a 3 rating simply because of the color. I bought this in the 6'X7" round in gray and ivory and it's a beautiful rug but it has a lot less ivory and a much much darker gray than the photos appear to have. I'll have to make it work because it's too big to deal with having to return it. I got this to go under a dining room table so I am happy with the low pile of the rug for that purpose as well. I would definitely say, if you are looking for something that's a lighter gray, you should probably go with the silver and ivory. ... show more

The description states that it is "Navy". When it arrived it was nothing like navy, but a bright royal blue. I had to return it because the blue did not go with my furniture.
