Decent rug if you don’t want to opt for wool or polyester. Be sure to add a pad made for LVP underneath because if you have luxury vinyl plank floors I would not trust that you could lay this directly on your floor surface without a pad, or any floor surface for that matter. Would have given it a 5 star rating but the creases took a lot of tugging and attempting to flatten out some spots before it laid more nicely. I liked that it was a mixture of jute any polypropylene and the light neutrality of the colors was what I wanted. Just received this a couple days ago - so far so good. Pleasantly surprised at the great quality for the price! Just as pictured as far as color(s), etc. The faded/muted effect is nicely done & makes it look like an "antique". Just the right thickness; soft yet appears sturdy. My kitty just loves it! Laid it out in another room & it seems to be relaxing as far as the wrinkles from the folds. I spent a TON of time(hours, days honestly) looking for the right rug for our family room area. This rug needs to withstand a lot- two dogs, 4 young kids, 2 adults. We all gather in this room frequently so I wanted something that would hold up in a high traffic area while also providing a soft landing spot for a toddler and a comfortable area to play/walk on. This rug fits the bill 100%. We've had it for a couple months now and there have been spills that you would never know happened. There is no pilling or wear, the colors are beautiful, and I have loved it since I rolled it out. I got the 8x10 and it was perfectly flat in 24hrs. Very nice quality for the price point, I do not have a rug pad underneath but it has great cushion on its own.
