I purchased both the 11’ runner & a matching 4’ area rug. The colors were accurate, both rugs are nice & plush, and look great. I don’t know about durability yet, but I spot cleaned an area & it washed nicely. I would buy both again!

Originally, I gave this rug 5 stars because I truly loved it. But the original issue with the first rug and now it’s replacement in a different size, I’ve lowered my rating to 3. Can’t say if the 2x4’ is true to size because I didn’t bother measuring but it is not the same color as the 2x5’ rug I fell in love with. Those colors were perfect for the room it was purchased for but this size’s colors are much darker (more obvious is person). The pattern is the same, it’s just the colors. So this is a product that is neither consistent with color nor size and I just didn’t want to deal with returning ANOTHER rug so I’ve kept it. (I also paid more for the smaller size. ??) Original review for 2x5’: The pile is thick and soft, colors as imaged, unrolls without kinks. The issue is, and I’m probably the only person on the planet to complain about this, it’s longer that described in the product description. 😆 See I actually needed a 5’ rug (kinda expected it to be a hair shy honestly) because the space it was going is exactly 5’. But it’s 5’1”. I still definitely recommend it especially while it is cheaper than it has been - about $26 right now. I’ll just have to settle for some extra space with the 4’. I must have looked on Amazon and elsewhere for over a year to find the rug I was looking for. I was a little leery about buying one sight unseen but this one is perfect in color and pattern for my need. The thickness, while not the heaviest, is acceptable. It came rolled up but there was absolutely no problem getting it to lay flat. I did, however, have to put something heavy on the corners for a couple of days. I thought the price was reasonable. Not too expensive, not too cheap. I bought the 9' by 6' 7" and was glad for the extra 7 inches. I had heard the brand Safavieh was good and I agree. Very happy with my purchase! ... show more

9x12 was shipped folded not in a roll. Still trying to get it to lay get it layer flat!! I have order 9x12 rugs and they came in one long roll. This one came folded a few times it’s easy a joke!! Great rug but they need to improve shipping
