I bought the ivory/grey rug, but the photos make it look like it’s more white than what it actually is. I would say the rug is more cream, colored and gray or a light beige and gray. It’s definitely not a white and gray rug. It also looks much more thick and shaggy in the photos. we received ours today and unrolled it and fluffed it up as much as we can. But it definitely looks smaller in person and not as thick as in the photos. The rug also has a coating on it that gets on your hands when you rub it, not sure what it’s made of but it’s not what I expected. ... show more

This rug is exactly like it’s shown in the picture. There was no fluff to the shag rug when received. But, after vacuuming a couple times it was perfect. It’s been super difficult to get the corners to stay down. I’ve had weights on the ends and side for over 2 weeks and, as soon as I remove them the corners flip back up. Hopefully I get that worked out since I love the area rug. Despite its beauty and fluff, it is very thin. I had to purchase a pad to go underneath for some added comfort. Update: After a couple of days and a good vacuuming, the rug has settled, fluffed up ,and looks much better. Corners are laying down, and I’m very pleased with it. Bumping it up a star! Original review: This rug is going in to a shabby chic style playroom/office. The rustic look and style of the rug fits my room well. The rug is a bit cheaper quality than I expected. The corners turn up easily so I will need corner grippers. The yarn is long but not thick and plush. It does not have a cushiony feel and the yarn lays down easily when you walk on it. I will need a thick rug pad underneath. I feel the value of this rug is a bit low for the price, since I will have to purchase extra things to make this rug work like I need for it to.
