I LOVE this rug! It's the perfect color, size, and fiber height. I had a different shag rug in this location previously, and my dog would eat his treats on it... There was no way to clean them out! This one is the perfect height to clean properly yet feels & looks like a shag rug. People are right about the thickness of it being a little thin, but I personally like that feature because I'm using it in a high traffic area. If you are not using it on carpet, you could put a non-slip pad under it that would make it feel more thick. The back is not non-slip. Some people also complained about the smell. I literally have severe migraines triggered my strong smells, especially chemical smells. This rug was NOT a problem. I opened it outside & let it air out for a couple hours just in case. I also sprayed it with a lavender sanitizer. By the time I brought it inside I could faintly smell it if I was sitting on the floor, but no migraines. It was fine. I'm not even sure I needed to air it out, but I did to avoid potential migraines anyway.

I thought this was going to be all one color but it is a lighter silver and a light gray kind of multi. I suppose if it's it's vacuumed PERFECTLY all in 1 direction it may look more like 1 color, but as soon as you walk on it it changes. I like it because it gives more of a textured, two dimensional look instead of pure solid. Colors are perfect. It is very soft, and 14 yr old cat has started sleeping on it. CON , when I received it the chemical smell made me nauseous. It was very strong. I sprayed it with fabreeze and had to lay it out in garage for approx three day to air out. It's fine now in my bedroom but if you bend down and smell it you can still tell the smell is in it. I can smell it on my cat when she hops into my lap to watch tv at night.

The media could not be loaded. The color and size of rug is nice. The quality not the best, the rug is a bit thin and not really soft. I thought it was going to be soft and a bit thicker. The SCENT, there is a weird smell with the rug. I have had it for 5 days now and it is still lingering, I tried using the Arm & Hammer carpet odor eliminator, it works for a bit but then that rug scent comes back. The rug came faster than expected which is good. Overall, rug is okay.

Update almost a month later. Creases still have not come out and it’s in front of a window so it gets plenty warm. Definitely overpriced A LOT for the shoddy quality and low pile that isn’t even 1”, vs 1.2” advertised. Color much more light than expected, which is ok because it’s pretty. Off gassing is absolutely horrible, will see if it’s better in a day or two. Definitely far from a thick rug as you can see the backing through the pile..not what I was hoping for. Pile is definitely not the 1.2” listing states either, it’s maybe 1”. The way the rug was folded, not rolled, makes me think it will be months if ever before the creases come out, or it lays flat. Not sure if this will be kept or returned, as it’s significantly different than listing.

Just got my rug and already I’m in love with it! It’s the perfect shade of beige. The quality of it is great! It’s plusher than I thought. MADE IN THE GOOD OLD USA so I knew it wouldn’t be cheap & flimsy like the cheap ones I’ve purchased from China over the past several months and had to return. People - spend the few extra bucks to buy Made in the USA to get the quality you deserve! There was no toxic smell …I was worried about this after reading a couple of reviews - but believe me, I am the queen of organic and chemical free living so I would not keep it if I thought there were toxic smells. Just the usual scent when you buy any item that has fibers. Finally found the one I’ve been looking for! I also purchased a small round burgundy from them first, and I loved the quality of it which made me get a bigger rectangle one. For now on this company will be my go-to for a reasonably priced quality rug.

The color is lovely and the feel of the fabric itself is soft. I purchased a rug pad, knowing that I wanted a little extra plushness, but the fullness of the weave is lacking and it is not true to size… which was why I bought the size I bought, a 9x12. We have a 93” sofa and ideally you have about 8” excess on each side. 9‘ was pretty close already, but clearly the rug is about 4” shy of 9’. I’ve being laying it out for a few days. It still has fold lines and is pretty sparse compared to what is pictured online. The smell from manufacturing/ packaging/ shipping the rug is pretty strong and still lingering (3 days). The photos online seem to have a significant higher weave count and seems so much plusher than what I received. I’ll be raking it with the carpet rake and moving the sofa today to see if it’s better than I thought and if I decide to keep it.
