UPDATED REVIEW: We ended up throwing it on the curb a week after the original review. There was no way to properly clean without professional help. Got this rug last August 2019. 6’7” square size. It is in a low traffic room and it has only ever been spot cleaned or vacuumed without the bristles down. I’d say it lasted in its original condition for 1-2months until it started getting matted and flat. Now it looks like dirty mop fibers. Can’t see the pattern anymore. No way to freshen it up. Barely 9 months and it looks like a 5 year old rug. Don’t get it unless you put it in a room you don’t ever go in. ... show more

I got this rug to fit under my bed so I wouldn't step on the hard cold floor immediately after waking up. It's perfect because it's a simple rug and goes with any decor / color. However, it is definitely not the thickest weave nor very plush, so if you're looking for a comfy rug - look elsewhere. I tried to show in the pictures that the space between threads is larger than many plush pile rugs, and it could probably be solved if you added a rug pad underneath. I just needed it for added warmth and its not a high traffic area so I didn't need an exceptionally comfy rug. Fits my needs great but if you need plush - the nuLOOM rugs I find to be thicker! ... show more

I am so happy with this purchase! It's very difficult to select a rug online, so I was nervous to order this one. But after searching for a while and reading a ton of reviews for different companies & rugs, I decided on this one. It was the least expensive out of the group I had narrowed the search down to, so it's a great value for the price. Overall, I'm very happy - it's true to color and is SUPER soft. Not a terrible rug, in sunlight the detailing does not show up but at night it is easier to see. Took this photo on an overcast day about an hour and a half from sunset with lights on overhead. So during the day it looks like a (very cream colored) cream colored rug. If it wasn’t such a process, I’d probably return it but not about to go through the hassle. It will probably end up insulating my deer stand within the next couple of years. It’s medium thickness, I definitely wouldn’t categorize it as as a thick rug but it’s not thin either. Love this carpet, vacuum friendly. Great quality. I was very skeptical choosing white as a carpet fearing it will look dirty very quickly but I’ve definitely had some accidents on it but surprisingly the stains did come off very well.

We love this rug. My husband falls asleep on it watching tv. Along with the cats who also give it a big thumbs up! I did purchase a mat and I think that is really necessary. It does require the highest setting with the vacuum cleaner. The print is not bold at all but very soft.

I have another Safavieh shag rug that looks super expensive and is thick under your feet, so i was expecting something similar from this item as well, which was not the case.
