Beautiful runner! Love the color, it’s neutral and blends well with anything. We have an aging dog and wanted something to help her walk more confidently on the wood floors. The runner is highly slip resistant and hides debris well. It is thick and has a good weight to it. My kids have complained that it’s scratchy on their feet but I don’t mind it as I wear house slippers. I think it’s beautiful and love it! My rug came in today and I am so happy!! I needed a large size for this room but I am on a budget so I didn’t want to spend tons of money. This rug looks very high quality but still came in under $500 for a 9x12. It’s been down for a couple hours and there are still a couple wrinkles but I’m sure they will go away with time. There is also a smell, but that will fade away in a few days as well. I do feel like the rug looks a lighter in person than the pictures in the listing do. I like the light color of the rug, but that is something to keep in mind. Lastly, I love the look of sisal rugs, but I HATE how they feel on bare feet. I decided that I liked how they look enough to get over my sensory issues, but I must say this one is not as scratchy as others I’ve walked on! It certainly isn’t soft or anything, but it doesn’t give me the heebie jeebies to walk on it barefoot. Overall, I can’t say enough about how great this rug is! ... show more

Great quality. It took a few days to have the ends straighten out. They were not straight when unrolled. Leave with out furniture on it right away. It straightens out. Looks great. I bought one for outdoors too.

This rug is ~7.5 feet long. Did not roll it out yet, so not sure about width. I by accident ordered two rugs, and they are both the same measurement, so I can confirm I did not just get a "bad one". (Or did I get two bad ones?...) Other than that, I really like it. The marble color is a good neutral, not too cold, not too warm. The beige trim melts in well. The price is right. I do not notice any bad smell, as some reviewers mentioned. On the fence about keeping it, since I really wanted 8x8 (and that was already on the small side). Perhaps Safavieh should manage expectations by adding the exact measurements. I would have gotten the 9x9 in that case! As far as "easy to clean" goes - I am European and always liked this type of rug (also for carpet). It is super easy to vacuum with a European style succion vacuum, which is what we have, for our hardwood floors. Not sure how well it would withstand the US type carpet brushing vacuums. But to me it is an allergy friendly alternative to regular rugs. It can however not be cleaned with water at all. So, if you like to do that, this is probably not your rug. ... show more

I bought two of these as runners and one as an area rug. I LOVE them! They are perfect in the space, look great and feel great on bare feet and look like the expensive ones on line but a fraction of the cost! Actually buying more to put into bedrooms. Love these and can't be more pleased with them.

Love it! I bought one last year and went back to buy another and it had gone from $65 to $200 :( so I bought a different rug, but this one is so nice with the non slip back and the way it looks. Wish it were a little more comfortable but I guess that’s what you get with natural fiber. Hides dirt so well! ... show more
