I purchased two different sizes in this beautiful area rug, this week, for two seating areas in our TV room. I need to say that the colors are more beautiful that they looked on line. The quality is fantastic, a the thickness just right for our room. I purchased Safavieh rug pads to make these slip resistant as well as for a cushy feeling for the grandchildren to play on The rugs arrived in two forms. The 6' x 9' arrived rolled up, in heavy plastic . The larger rug was folded! I was concerned at first, that this would cause issues when I unfolded it. Both rugs had slight fold or rolled spots when opened up. This is day 3, and there is only mild rolling on the ends, which I expect to be gone tomorrow. I expect this rug to be simple to keep clean. I LOVE this rug way more than I thought I would. My number one worry was that it would be too thin, I’m always afraid to order online, but the thickness is perfect (no wrinkles, lays flat, comfortable to crawl on). From the picture I thought it might be too dark but the colors are beautiful and soft, with an ethereal, warm feel. Such a beautiful pattern with hints of blue among the silver, cream and gold. Perfect for a high traffic living room as the design easily hides small spills and dirt. I’ve gotten tons of compliments and it has greatly increased my enjoyment of our living room. I got the 5x8 rug. Love the pattern and colors. They're nice, and don't dominate the room so I am free to color the room up in various ways. I read complaints on some of the Safavieh rugs about edges and corners curling. The LNH340K is one of the heavier rugs so I decided to give it a try. As many people complained, it came all tightly rolled up, which is bad for the material; shame on you Safavieh for not using a cardboard cylinder insert. I put the rug down on the garage floor to let the nasty plastics gases air out. I also set some weights on the edges where it was tightly curled. I was dubious it was going to straighten out, but after a week it did. Then I took the rug up to its new home. It took over a month for the nasty plastic gases to quit their nasty leaking. But now that my rug is cultivated and groomed, I have a handsome little area cover for my hard floor. Feels good on the feet, though I chose to use no pad. The office chair rolls nicely on it. And the smell is completely gone. I hope this rug lasts me for decades. We shall see. If it lasts only a few years I will still consider it a good deal. And I hope our ever vigilant safety committees don't discover we're being poisoned by all this ingenious plastic in our homes. ... show more

I was replacing an antique wool area rug and had concerns that this would feel and look cheap. Happily, it is wonderful. I love the color, the weight, how soft the fibers are, and after a couple of days, the rug no longer is curled up. It was a great purchase.

Beautiful rug. Colors are as pictured and the texture is soft. My only complaint is with the size, it’s not truly a 6’ x 9’ rug. The rug is two inches undersized on both measurements.

Fabric color was different from left to right. Looked faded on one side to the other. Material was cheap. When I unrolled rug from shipping there was animal poop on one side. Not sure if from factory or previously used rug.
