I bought this because I wanted something versatile without taking up a lot of space, and so far it has worked really well. I do not have room for a full rack of weights, so being able to switch between dumbbells, a barbell, and even a kettlebell with one set has been really convenient. The setup was easier than I expected. The weights screw on securely, and once everything is tightened down, it feels solid during workouts. I was a little worried the plates might loosen while using them, but the double-locking nuts keep everything in place. I have used it for curls, shoulder presses, squats, and bench presses, and nothing shifted. I especially like the barbell connector because it lets me do more exercises without needing separate equipment. The padded bar is more comfortable than I expected and does not dig into my neck during squats. I have also used the kettlebell setup for swings and the push-up handles a few times. The weights are easy to adjust, although it does take a few minutes to switch everything around if you are changing exercises often. That is probably the only downside compared to more expensive quick-change dumbbells. Still, for the price and how many different ways you can use it, I think it is worth it. Another big plus is how little space it takes up. When I am done, I can put everything in a corner and it barely takes up any room. Overall, this is a really practical set for anyone building a home gym, especially if you want several pieces of equipment without spending a lot or using up much space.

Great set for home workouts, very versatile Really happy with this purchase. Setup takes a little time at first since you have to screw on the plates and get everything tightened, but it’s pretty straightforward. After the first time, it gets a lot quicker. What I like most is how flexible it is. You can use them as dumbbells, switch to a barbell, or even a kettlebell. I’ve been able to do a full workout without needing anything else, which is perfect for a home setup. The weights feel solid and don’t wobble once everything is tightened properly. I was a bit worried about that, but it’s been stable during workouts. Adjusting the weight does take a minute since you have to unscrew and swap plates, so I usually plan my workout in groups to avoid constantly changing it. Not a big deal, just something to keep in mind. Grip is comfortable, especially on the barbell connector with the padding. No issues with slipping so far. Also a big plus that it doesn’t take up much space. Easy to store when not in use. Overall, solid quality and does exactly what I needed for a home gym. Would definitely recommend.

The connectors and attachments work, but switching between configurations takes some time and doesn’t feel especially seamless. In use, it’s fine for general workouts like curls, presses, and light strength training. The grip is decent, though not as solid or balanced as traditional dumbbells.
