Like how stiff they are, hard to get creases and wrinkles out, and delivered the wrong color, or too thin, etc. But I have been searching for years and years now for rugs as beautiful as these. Yes they are stiff. But once you lay them out and let the warm house relax the backing. They lay perfectly. They are area rugs and if you want fluff then get pads for them I love them all by themselves., no pads needed. I use them to protect my hardwood floors from my dog dropping her bones on the bedroom floor when we go to bed. They do not smell bad or chemically and not greasy as someone complained. They are normal high quality area rugs. Perfect for us anyway. I hope this review will help you on making a decision on whether to buy or not. I "LOVE" mine. I purchased the 8'x10' and two 2.6'x6' runners. The runners are more creased then the 8'x10'. I just turned them over to where the rug part is facing up and rolled them tightly and just let them lay in the warm room. I got the 9'×9' and as seen in my pictures it is shorter than that on both sides by at least 3.5 inches. It's also not square or straight. Like others I was concerned about the lines but I've had it 3 weeks now and can say it WILL lay flat. I rolled it 3 different ways over the course of 3 days when I got it then lay it out, vacuumed it, and placed furniture on the edges. It's not the best quality but I think we all bought this for the price. It's decently soft and it's cute! Im relatively happy with it but wish I was actually as big as I thought it would be. ... show more
